Not sure if they work?? But I’ve been taking them and I feel more energetic?

Quantity, strength and dosing of ingredients make this a bargain compared to other similar products, but the entire content of capsules are coated with loose powder, and some powder in bottom of container. I could not find a significantly damaged capsule to explain this and only hope it was an isolated occurrence. My first bottle so I and will give 4 stars because of the powdery mess.

I have trouble staying hydrated and have various health conditions that require meds that also make staying hydrated more difficult. It could just be the placebo effect, but staying hydrated has felt easier since starting this product. I'm happy with it.

Not much information here, no bullet points and only 2 pictures. Thankfully 1 picture you get the info of what Vitamins the capsules have and is exactly what I need. Been sweating like crazy in this hot Louisiana heat and very high humidity, so i need all the electrolytes I can get. In any and all forms. Also has B vitamins are normally very expensive. Potassium and Magnesium are great for leg cramps. Magnesium is more important than Potassium dealing with leg cramps. When I saw the potassium and magnesium combination, the two ingredients that really help with muscle cramps, I got excited. You get 180 capsules. These capsules are not hard to swallow and do not have any weird order. These are great on the light days you are in the AC, you still need electrolytes but do not want to over do it, water alone does not cut it.Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:] All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 3 stars. I sweat a lot during exercise and need to make sure I am replenishing lost electrolytes during my 2-3 hour sessions. I found no issues or negative side effects with these. My only complaint is that the provided potassium and magnesium are very low amounts and I find that I need to rely on other supplementation to ensure I'm getting enough of those too.

So far I think these are doing their jobs well! It is hard to tell sometimes with supplements but I do feel these work well!

Let me start by saying my husband works 12 to 13 hours a day in triple degree Oklahoma heat. Everyday he has been coming home with horrible cramps all over. He drinks electrolyte replacement drinks and water all day but he was still cramping so bad he couldn't get any rest. I tried different pills,rubs,water additives,you name it. I ordered these thinking maybe just maybe they might help at least some. The day I gave him one pill that morning, he came home for the first time with his body not cramped up. I was in shock. Second day, same results. I am beyond shocked and grateful. I was at my wits end. These are amazing. If you sweat ALOT or have been cramping up after working then give these a try. I am telling everyone that will listen to me about these. They work. I hope you find my review helpful.

When it's hot out, I'm always conscious of my electrolytes. I've tried many different brands of electrolyte powders to put in my drinks, but they can be costly. This is a very cheap alternative to the powders. Compared to the propel packets I usually drink, this has a little less sodium, magnesium and potassium, but it's not a wild amount less — and a single bottle will last much, much longer. Plus, I'm not swallowing extra sugar OR artificial sugar. Win win.When I opened these, there was a powder all over most of the capsules. I'm assuming one or two capsules broke open at one point. That's the only reason I took off a star. Otherwise, this is a pretty solid (and affordable) choice for incorporating electrolytes into your day. I plan on using these throughout the summer and during exercise.
