Review:I recently purchased the Honeywell Airtouch V3 Indoor Air Purifier with high hopes of cleaner air in my home. The purifier itself is a sleek machine with powerful filtration capabilities, successfully eliminating dust and allergens. However, my enthusiasm took a nosedive when I ventured into the extended warranty black hole.The extended warranty certificate acquisition from Onsitego was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly the product does not come with any user manual or product documentation. My suspicion is Amazon may have sold me a returned item. Nevertheless, once you purchase the extended warranty from Amazon, you’re required to fill in a ton of paperwork from Onsitego just to claim the warranty and much of the paperwork can’t be filled without the required documentation, which Amazon didn’t send me in the first place. It felt like navigating a maze of third party services and confusing terms. Amazon customer service was completely unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and questioning the value of the extended warranty and the product. It’s a shame that I was given a run around for such a long time that I can’t even return the purifier now and have to forfeit the money I paid for the warranty. If you decide to buy this air purifier, my advice is to steer clear of their extended warranty offerings – a headache you don't need.Now, let's talk about the air purifier itself. The Honeywell Airtouch V3 Indoor Air Purifier does an excellent job when it comes to purifying the air. It operates quietly, efficiently tackling odors, and airborne particles. The sleek design seamlessly integrates into any room, and the user-friendly controls make it a breeze to operate. It's a shame that such a fantastic product is tarnished by the lackluster extended warranty experience. If you can overlook the warranty process, this air purifier is a breath of fresh air for your home.

It’s indeed best product, gave complete satisfaction

I was surprised at how sensitive this air purifier is. Our bedroom is quite big but it detects bad air such as cigarette smoke within a few seconds. When put in auto mode, it goes from medium to fast modes as necessary and returns to silent mode when the air is clear. It's great value for the price I paid (Rs 8999) and I consider myself lucky that I chose this particular air purifier.
