Great customer service and quality product.
My elderly lurcher has really bad arthritis and the Luma Soothe unit really relaxes him and his legs are not as stiff. The customer service provided by the manufacturer in the US is excellent.Would recommend.

Easy to hold and use
I’ve only used this once so far so can’t say much other than my dogs don’t struggle to avoid it and hopefully it will work on stiff joints on one and mild hip dysplasia on the other.

Great device
Really pleased with this purchase. Really quick delivery, well before the expected delivery date. I did have a problem with the first device and when I contacted the seller they were very helpful and sent a replacement straight away, great customer service. I have used the device on my dog as she had a muscle and tendon injury on her hind leg, it really speeded up her recovery. I have used it on myself too, the deep therapy light is really good and took pain away from arthritic thumb joint and painful hip. It may seem a lot of money but should cut down Vet's bill if you have a pet who has arthritis etc so will probably save money in the long run. Glad I bought one.
