I love it!
it is a simple tracker and it really is water proof. I own a business so I am really busy and i forget i am wearing it... i have submerged it in water, banged and scratched it... and it takes everything i throw at it and it still works. I love it!

Nice Fitness Tracker
Software on mating blue tooth device (Ipad/Iphone/Android) is a bit clunky but you can't beat the product for the price. Battery life is good between charges (+1.5 weeks) and the user interface on the band itself is straight forward. Step count seems pretty accurate, heart rate not so much. The other two minor downsides for me is you need the mating blue tooth device to change the alarm time and the blue tooth syncing can be spotty. I've learned to turn on the blue tooth on the mating device, start the software app and then touch on the sensor on the wrist band to "wake" it. 95% of the time the band will sync with the device.Despite these minor issues, to me this has clear value over a comparable Fitbit.Update: Jan 7, 2020Reduced rating to 3 stars from 5 stars due to durability issues. Unit is just under 2 years old and the vibration function ceased working about 2 months ago, so the alarm function no longer works. That plus having to replace broken bands (mine + my wife's) at almost exactly one year has tempered the enthusiasm I had when I first purchased both units.

Very Happy With This Brand
I bought two of these fitness trackers, and they have been great. I have not had any issues with this brand. I had been looking and comparing brands for awhile before purchasing. I just couldn't bring myself to purchase a more expensive brand, likewise I couldn't be happier with these. My main item was that it counted my steps. I was not interested in all the bells and whistles even though this brand does have some extra features.

Not accurate
Device would not accurately track steps (which is why I bought it. It would track for awhile and then just stop tracking. It would start agin later and then revert to earlier level(remove steps). Tried everything I could think of doing to fix it, but nothing worked. It was lightweight and had good features. It just would not track steps, I am returning

Inaccurate distance and heart rate tracker
At first, I really liked this, but it is no longer reliable. It's never been truly accurate on the heart monitor. If that's what you're looking for, spend more money for something more reliable. The gps tracker on this is also off by at least .20 miles. When I first used it to run, it was spot on, but after a few weeks it started to add distance. I don't really have anything positive to say. It's pretty worthless if it can't accurately track my mileage.

Unreliable App
You must download an app with this tracker. It worked well in the beginning but after a few months the app stopped syncing to the watch automatically and then stopped syncing to my connected apps. I like the tracker itself but it is becoming kind of useless without the options to track my progress.

They like how my more expensive version tracks steps and heart ...
I bought these for my boys. They like how my more expensive version tracks steps and heart rate so this was a perfect version for their needs (ages 9 and 11). It keeps me motivated to get more steps than them and they stay moving trying to beat me. The online app is pretty easy and straight forward. I installed in on my phone to play with but will also try adding it to their iPads so they can keep track as well. Met my expectations!

Great for the price
Great for the price, lots of features. Seems to be glitchy though. It forgets to send text alerts, the setting just switches off on its own. It’s done that 4-5 times now. Sometimes it misses activity - one day I had been up for an hour and it still had me at 0 steps. But overall I like it, especially for the price.
