customer service leaves something to be desired.
Worked great until it delaminated the PUL inside within 6 months of use. I only used it once a week so it wasn't even heavy usage. I have yet to have a single diaper or wet bag aside from this one delaminate so I know its not because of my wash or care routine since this is one of my newest items and been cloth diapering for quite a while now. When I contacted about possible warranty I was told that they wouldn't warranty it since they hadn't had issues from any one else (this shouldn't be a reason if you just didn't offer a warranty period ok). Needless to say I won't buy a sigzagor PUL item again. Ill stick with other brands. (I know things happen during manufacturing and somethings just don't last anymore because of that but i'd rather stick with a brand that stands behind their product.)
