Supplements are very hard to judge, usually a subtle improvement and hard to know what is causing what. However, I had been taking another turmeric product with tiny tablets (cheaper and 1 year supply) supposedly higher strength .... since I have switched to these my tendon and back (herniated disk) issues have significantly improved to the point I have tried to understand what I am doing differently, and changing this brand is the biggest difference I can identify. I have a torn planter plate tendon, and in reaction the tendons on top of my foot keep getting inflamed and my foot swelling. It also affects my knees due to the way I have to walk. After about a month of these I realised I hadn't had a major foot inflammation for some time and my knee wasn't hurting. Not been woken in the night due to these pains for some time. Not scientific, but think these are really helping.

good product, good price. I had to stop taking anti-inflammatories for my Rheumatoid Arthritis so started taking curcumin and fish body oil.. Took a while to feel the effects but now hands are not as swollen or sore as I feared they would be. Other joints also seem to be improved too, compared to when I stopped taking the NSAIDs.

I've been using turmeric for many years and this is the best I've come across.It's double the strength of the normal tablet so gives very effective pain relief and it's affordable enough to be able to buy a three month supply at once. I think it's a great product.

This is AMAZING, I have been struggling with painful legs for years and it was getting to the point where I would avoid moving because of the pain and the night pains were terrible tooThis has made a difference in weeks!!! I can walk, and even run where I avoided even waking only a month ago.... I have now got other friend's on it too that we’re struggling! I wish I had known about this years ago.,.. if your in pain give it a go! I take 3 tablets a day

Turmeric recommended to keep the old age aches and pains at bay. Never quite sure whether they make any kind of difference. Difficult really to measure its performance.

I've been taking turmeric for about nine months now and have tried several brands before trying this one which contains almost six months of tablets. I suffer from arthritic knees and feet and I did notice that it took about three months until you could say there was a definite improvement, and there is a definite improvement. I don't get the pain I used to suffer with and I'm really pleased about that. If you are trying this, you might also find it takes a few months so stick with it. I like the doseage and the quantity of these tablets, they will do me just fine.
