Didn’t use them as they were incompatible with the tens machine. They were promoted by Amazon as other buyers bought these at the same time. Useless. Seller was extremely good and refunded money

They do the job, but don`t last all THAT so work out as a bit expensive. I like the plastic thing to stick them to when not in use, though. Very useful..
