Exceptional product and outstanding customer service
This lock was super easy to install. Love…love the fingerprint entry. The app works great and it’s a really nice looking lock.We had a lock that was malfunctioning when we first installed it. I contacted the customer service department from the app. They returned my email the next day, with some trouble shooting ideas. They did not work. So we set up a time for someone ( BARRETT) to FaceTime me so he could have a look. As it turned out it was a faulty lock, he literally had our new lock delivered the very next day. I was expecting at least 7 days. Hornbill smart lock has unbelievable customer service.Would recommend this lock!

Great smart lock
So glad i purchased this smart lock. It is quick and efficient. I can unlock with my finger print without the hassle of looking for keys. It also comes with a pass. So convenient if you’re having people over while you aren't there. You can hide the pass somewhere and the visitors can come in without having to give them the code and having to change it after they leave. Great purchase i recommend this product.

Excellent product and awesome customer support
The lock is easy to install and working perfectly with finger prints, passcode and the Bluetooth cell phone control. At the beginning, my setup of the fingerprint was wrong, called the customer service and have the issue resolved quickly. Strongly recommend!

Great app but gateway unit is required
We love the app so much we bought two more locks to replace the other doors. The app is easy to setup and rich in functionality. Be sure to order the gateway unit for each lock if you want to use the wifi feature to integrate with your voice system or control the locks from more than 2’ away. Dont forget to buy a charger too. Gateway does not come with a usb power source.

great product! even when it's really cold!
Bought this lock a year ago and it's really good. I live in quebec city and during the winter it gets really cold (got to -30 C this winter) and even the digital print worked perfectly. Installation is super easy and I called the customer service just to clarify a few things with app and they answered all my question ( Tara is great! )overall great product!
