Helped me stay on the plan! down 20lbs and at optimal thyroid!!!

This book is great for planners who just needed some thing to help them stay on track and have a quick reference for basic plan philosophy.Actually, it’s a must have because it’s been updated with the extra years of information that Lyn Genet has gleaned from the time from when she published the metabolism plan originally to now. so there’s some simplification of some recipes and some changing of the menus so it’s been a lot easier to follow this time around and I’ve been able to stay on the plan for months now and still reaping the benefits from it.If you’re new to the metabolism plan, definitely go and get the original metabolism plan book, read that first and then use this as a support. Once I had success facilitated with this workbook, I got another one for my husband to follow because he also wanted to have the same success. he was able to lose 20 pounds as well and get optimal thyroid within 4 days. I recommended it to my whole family and they’re all starting on it as well.

Helpful tool to organize and record your Plan journey
This was an outstanding aid while on The Metabolism Plan. It was very helpful to have an organized workbook to record the exact foods eaten, so that it becomes much easier to document and track which foods are reactive for my specific body chemistry by notating any weight gain &/or change in BBT the next day. In addition, I was not used to drinking as much water as she recommends, so that and documenting my hours slept are very helpful tools in investigating any food reactivity. It also is great to have a consolidated place for all my notes to reference for future use. Lastly, the workbook has some new recipes that aren’t all in her hardcover book. Lyn Genet’s knowledge of nutrition, metabolism and healthy weight loss is outstanding and very effective! What’s more, she and her team are available to help with questions! Highly recommend the Metabolism Plan and the 2023 Workbook! You and your health are worth it.

The information the author provides in this workbook, and all her books and offerings, is life changing. I first used The Plan about a decade ago to determine the source of, and to relieve, severe eczema on my body and face. Since following TMP for the last just over 2 months, I have lost 14 lbs without under-eating/ tracking calories or macros or over-exercising. My BBT and hormones have also regulated, and I’ve started sleeping 8+ hours a night after struggling for years. I also learned that I get to eat some really fun foods… and lose weight! To say I’m a happy reader, customer, and Planner is an understatement. This is for anyone who is curious about the wisdom of their own body and ready to discover a roadmap to health and well-being. I have tremendous gratitude to this author and her team and highly recommend this book. 🙏

Useful companion to The metabolism Plan
Love the plan, when I follow it, I'm my healthiest. This workbook is great to write on and saved lots of wear and tear on my hardcover book.

Invaluable! Helped keep me on track!
I am so glad I bought this workbook when I purchased “The Metabolism Plan” book by Lyn-Genet Recitas. It really helped keep me on track with my data, tracking reactions, etc. I love that it had each day laid out for me. It also served as a quick reference guide for me. Make sure you purchase the book with it! This workbook is a fantastic tool to use while you implement what you learn from the book.

Easy to follow and individualized for your body.
I have never in my whole life been able to say "the pounds just dropped off without me trying" but when following the guidelines of the metabolism plan I did. Learning about and using the plan is like finding the key to how your body actually works. Being able to easily loose weight while staying strong and not adding in copious amounts of exercise. Just a simple walk and my body felt so much better. I didn't wake up in the morning with fluid in my ears anymore, my stomach never had gas anymore, and there was no swelling of my ankles Just to name a few side effects I was not expecting in addition to the weight loss. The cooking took a bit for me to get used to in the beginning until I figured out the tips and tricks. Lynn has wonderful videos on some of those to help get us noncooks up to speed. Fantastic book I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health.
