I do spray foam insulation for a living and these are the best masks fit perfect not to heavy and easy to clean!

First let me start with my expectation for a full face mask. I expected the nose / mouth part to keep my breath from entering the eye cover area. Testing the seal like I would for a military gas mask alerted me to the short comings. No matter how tightly the straps were snugged up there was a leak. The nose piece is loose and doesnt seal on the mask itself. It’s like it’s for a larger diameter. Using it to keep dust out of my eyes worked fine. I would trust the mask for volitile fumes if organic compounds but for dust it works fine

This Gas Mask is the civilian version of the PLA “Chinese Peoples Liberation Army” MF-11 (with the drinking tube) MF-11B (without the drinking tube). It is available in 3 sizes; #1 (Small), #2 (Medium), and #3 (Large).I received a #3 (large). In my opinion, this is an affordable budget gas mask at less than $40 5/2023 (new manufacturing) with a new charcoal filter (8 hours continues-use life) which is enough time to evacuate any area in a crisis event.First thing I noticed was this mask is made a lot like the Israeli civilian gas mask sold back in the 90’s. The rubber material looks and feels the same as the Israeli but the weight is much lighter, eye lens sockets are compressed the same, headtabs seem to be made of plastic while the head buckles are made of metal. The nasal mouth orifice is built into the mask. Not like a cup like the israeli, german or romanian models.If you have a big nose, this mask may not be for you. I have an average european nose but did find the mouth nose orifice did fall and bear weight over the bridge of my nose. After ajusting the mask while wearing it. I was able to make it more comfortable.Is this mask good for:Chemicals warfare? Yes if you have the right filter.Biological? Yes if you have the right filter.Nuclear Fallout? Again… Yes if you have the right filter.The P-A-2 charcoal filter that comes with the mask is rated for acid gases, organic vapors, and ammonia gases (like Riot control agents, CN or CS Tear Gas, Choking agents “pulmonary agents” Blistering agents like mustard gas “lungs only”). P-2-A filters about 94% of particles smaller than 0.5 micrometer. The shelf-life of these filters are regulated by US Law to best by–use date which is set at 3 years. I’ve used filter over 20-25 years old in the military with no problem that were stored in an underground climate controlled bunker. As long as they are properly stored.If you’re worried about being caught amid civil unrest? Charcoal filters offer good protect from tear gas like CS, CN or smoke agents.The MF-11 mask uses a 6-point head harness that is either made with an elastic (military version) or rubber strap (11B civilian version). The military version would be made by Shanxi Xinhua Industries while the civilian version would be made by Tangshan Puda.Countries known to use MF-11 and 11B gas mask are military and police forces of China, Thailand, Indonesia, Nigeria, Syria, Venezuela, Pakistan, Iraq, Sri lanka, Vietnam among others.

The items are horrible they do not fit right and are very uncomfortable and do not seal right they are non returnable do not buy this junk

I bought this for a cosplay! I ended up tinting the eye lenses with red window tint to create a look for Resident Evil.I can only comment on the aesthetics and fit of this mask but not so much it's actual functionality of filtering. It is well made and is adjustable. I am a woman and it fits my small head just fine!It can feel a tad heavy for costume cosplay/purposes! It also tends to fog inside but that maybe because I took the front middle camp filter rubber gasket filter out.

For the Price Five Star2 clear plastic caps on both sides of the cheek breathing area (remove)2 breathing accessories in box (place washer into black circular plastic breathing connector and then close it up with charcoal with cotton pad over top & cover. That step is finishedTake finished two breathing apparatus cheek connectors and line up to the facemask part, which are on both sides of the cheek.Last step, tighten straps and breathe.Extra cotton circular white pads thrown in as extraHope this helps. And peel off the face guard (white) . Tight fit, works well!!Hopefully, I'll never have to use it for a foreign attack.

Passes basic functional seal tests but I don't know how good the included filter is. Bought some extra filters just in case. At this price it's more affordable to keep a few of these around for family and friends. You never know when your local officials might think it's a good idea to light a bunch of toxic chemicals on fire.
