This Tens machine does a good job. When I use it I have to refer to the manual because it has a lot of options and I can't remember them all. I like all the choices and it has helped keep my back pain away.

Other units may look like they have similar control but they don't. This unit can remember settings, doesn't shut off or loose settings when changing modes and has finer more comprehensive command set. When you've got that pain relief almost right and you try another mode you won't loose any other settings. The screen is easier to understand and gives a constant readout. I spent the $$$ so you won't have to. Now when my back is killing me I know exactly what settings to go to.

Lot better than my 10 year old machine. Works perfectly and I love it. Lots of options to choose on the machine.

The unit worked great for less than 30. days. One channel failed to work on day 28. Can't be returned because this is day 31. The second channel failed in less than 60 days. I do not recommend this equipment manufacturer.

Not sure what I am doing wrong follow instructions exactly but nothing is happening. Had 2 other people in my house play aground with it they also could not get it to work. Nice looking device though.

Hello everyone,With two family members experiencing a chronic painful condition, ordering this was a no brainer. The machine seems very well made, but also intimidating with sticky pads (like the ones used for ekg) and wires. The set up is a bit tedious and the instructions are lengthy. As a first time user, I did not know what to expect. I suffer from widespread pain, but lately it has been more localized to the back. We tried all of different settings acupuncture, cupping, shock, gia sha, beat and knead and was not a fan. The subtle electrical sensations felt painful and decided it wasn’t for me. The second family member is more versed with this type of product as he had used them in the past. He suffers from deep muscle pain and wanted to try it for his shoulder where he was experiencing burning pain and numbness. He loved the shock and knead setting which he has been using here and there for the past few weeks and said it has provided some relief. The unit itself is very intuitive and with its various settings it could accommodate your different pain locations and is all illustrated on the screen. In short, this machine seems effective in relieving some pain and offers a wide variety of settings if you do not mind putting in some work every time you need to use it. My family member used a different model given by his chiropractor and this one is 100% better as far as the UI and better on price just keep in mind that with extended use, replacement pads will be necessary! That said, it is not for everybody and depending on your particular reason for using it, you may find it too stimulating to the point it causes discomfort. Hope this is helpful.Thank you!
