The logs in our open fire grate are illuminated from behind by a single bulb on a cable to a wall socket. Last thing at night we have to switch it off and this saves us having to bend down. We are pleased every time we use it. The product is simple and effective, although a little flimsy.

I ordered this Sunday afternoon and collected it Tuesday afternoon from my local Amazon locker - certainly can’t complain about that.I ordered a fairly inexpensive switch as I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to fit but it was quite simple anc hhe instructions provided were very clear

I was nearly put off buying this by a couple of reviews suggesting it was fiddly to fit. It’s not, it’s very easy. Screw fitting connectors for both the live switch and the neutral line. I fitted it to a standard lamp I was requiring in about 5 minutes. Recommended.

Wiring is easy, but instructions are not clear enough. Unable to open foot switch from closed position. Can not figure out how to release switch.

Does the job

Only marked down because of the difficulty opening the switch to complete the wiring- why not use a couple of screws ,rather than a difficult clip ? Like the design/shape of the switch

Needed a inline foot press switch as a replacement to one that had failed, this does what it says and is in my opinion good quality, although i thought it a little expensive for what it is. i would recommend.

Usato per accendere i led che illumunano la scrivania e per fare le "magie" con la mia nipotina, funziona bene in entrambi i casi.
