Very sturdy. The arms make it easy to get up. Comfortable. I bought for my 6’5” ,300+friend. He loves it. I used chair covers to make it match decor.

I like everything about this chair. Great style, quality, comfortable, and durable!

Gave 4 stars due to bolts holding bottom cushion to the mounting plates needing washers and washers were not provided. Without washers the bolts would barley grip the mounting plates. I couldn't risk having these in my lobby without washers to better grip the mounting plates, luckily I had some at home that worked. Chairs are very nice and worth the cost, they look great in my lobby and give clients that need a wider chair a more comfortable option.

I usually disregard negative reviews, assuming folks just didn't read the directions or have other issues, but I wish I would have paid better attention and not gambled and purchased these cheap chairs.We had the same trouble assembling them that others had with a lot of difficulty screwing the back seat cushion on a few of the chairs. One pair of chairs came without any hardware. I reported that to the manufacturer and after no response after a long time I submitted a complaint. Then the manufacturer requested photos. Photos of what?? The chairs with missing hardware? I sent this photo showing the unassembled chairs in a box. No response. Now I'm past the return window with no options other than to throw the chairs away and write it off. Amazon is off no help either. I'm go to a furniture retailer with a better reputation for customer service next time.

There was a problem assembling the first one (holes mis-aligned), but return & replacement was easy, the vendor was very good to work with--and the replacement went together easily. I am very happy with this chair. It looks good, is very sturdy and comfortable. I expect it to last a long time.

I bought my first chair put it together and found it to be a good value and very sturdy. So I purchased a second one. Unfortunately there was two large holes in the box and the hardware was missing. Evidently the package of bolts fell out the holes.I returned the defective chair and requested a replacement. I sent the package out via UPS the day I received it. This chair did not come from an Amazon warehouse but from a partner’s distribution center. Now the partner will not send the replacement. They require pictures and a tracking number, which is not the one evidently on the label I had to print. I did not take pictures of the damaged box nor request the “actual tracking number” from UPS when I dropped it off.I did none of these things because the Amazon return procedure has never been a problem in the extremely rare times I had to return a product.After further discussions with the vender I eventually received the replacement chair. This experience was no the best. However the chair is worth is a fantastic value, without the customer service issues it would be 5 stars.

While the chairs are very large and comfortable but firm, one of the legs on each chair is very visibly crooked and unable to be adjusted due to the pre-drilled screw spots.

Comfy, durable and would definitely purchase again 💯
