Product arrived per schedule, in good condition with all required tools to install. After installation and initial charge of new battery, my run time is back to 6 hours which is great considering all the additional hardware inside my laptop.

Easy to install with supplied screw drivers. Charges well and lasts as expected.

Battery came very quick, decently packaged, and fit like a glove. Laptop INSTANTLY recognized the battery.

The battery fits into my Dell Precision 7730 like a glove and hold its charge.

This battery started working fine but on the 8th day I got a pop up error message that the battery was no longer functioning. I restarted the computer and it worked fine and showed the charging status. I unplugged the power supply and it seemed to be fine. Later, after I plugged the power supply back in I got the same error. I unplugged the power supply and the computer immediately died. I tried re-seating the connector and still no luck. I replaced the battery with the old battery and sent this one back

First, the battery replacement was SO EASY on my Dell Precision 7530. They even included screwdrivers and a little plastic wedge to make it easy to pull the cover off.I mean, it is an older laptop and I didn't really mind that I only got 30-45 minutes of battery life. I normally used it while plugged in anyway. BUT, I was getting weird crashes, timeouts, and slowness. The laptop just wasn't operating like it should. I replaced the battery and things work SO MUCH BETTER now. The weird timeouts stopped. The slowness is gone. It's like it is a whole new machine!The included instructions said to let the battery charge up fully. Then unplug from the wall and run off battery until it was almost dead. Then plug into the wall and fully recharge. And to repeat that cycle like 3 times to fully calibrate the battery. I did follow those instructions.I've only been using it for a few weeks, but this was the best money I could've spent to upgrade this older laptop! I'll get a few more years out of it!

The battery was not cheap and not expensive. A reasonably cost battery with the tools to assist in its removal. The battery replacement was easy and currently no issues with the battery and the laptop is working without any battery issues.
