I was intrigued by the bright red of this veil, and in need of a sheer, delicate head scarf in the same color. I was able to tie this veil in such a way so as to not have to cut it or remove it from the comb. When I was finished, using it as a head scarf, I was able to hand wash this veil, let it air dry, and iron it on low with a towel between the iron and the veil. The veil did not fade, it did not shrink, and it actually ironed up remarkably well with as low a heat setting, as I was using, in addition to the towel on top of it. Now that I have used it successfully for the reason, I chose it, I have it ready to use again when I am in need of another headscarf, or have a reason to use a pretty red veil.

Beautiful long red veil. It is a beautiful vibrant shade of red with a beautiful lace trim around all of it. The picture online is misleading because it shows The veil, while being worn, barely reaching the woman's waist. I am 5'3" and it reached the ground. My 6 year old daughter wore it on and it dragged behind her. I do love the look of it. Me and my daughter love to play Dress up with it. It does NOT come with any type of clip or anything. You will need a clip or headband or something to keep it in place.

This veil is made of stiff textured tulle. It is a rectangle with a ruffle edge, not presewn or preset. It is not soft and flowing, but it is versatile. I can fold and secure it under a softer veil or lay it over my head. As one layer it is see through. Folded as a veil it has volume.

This thing is huge, like a shawl. I didn't look at the dimensions, but the picture is definitely misleading. But because it's shawl like, I know what I could do to make it useful. I have a gold piece that's shaped like this, that has elastic thumb loips, so it could be worn as an accent piece over clothing. I'll add thumb loops to this, so I can wear it as a cover for a fun outfit.

In some countries, the wedding color is red, not white, as it is in the United States of America. This beautiful, sheer, red veil was created to be used in those weddings, as well as outsiders that country’s culture. For me, this red scarf can be used as a headdress or an accent to an otherwise dull ensemble.The red scarf is neatly hemmed. The material and color is luxurious. The overall effect is hot.The scarf is versatile, well-made, and a great way to add pizzazz to my wardrobe.

ThIs is a very pretty bridal wedding veil. We're going to use it with a costume. I need to sew a comb in it to make it fit easily so it can be worn several times. It's very pretty and should look great with our costume.
