I think it is working as advertised, BUT the price is double what it should be for a twice daily supplement. Come on Dr Bryan, your getting a little too greedy. You can increase your market by making it a little more affordable.

Bought these for my husband, he has hypertension and nerve damage from a previous accident. They have a great taste, and have already helped with his blood pressure and circulation. He also feels like he has more energy. Will definitely be buying again.

I'm giving it a 4-star review only because the consumer of this product should be warned that it can burn your tongue and other delicate parts of your mouth. To be fair, the directions do say to keep the lozenge moving, but it doesn't say why. I burns because it's working, but there should be some warning that it could burn if not handled properly. Keep the lozenge moving. Coat your tongue in some coconut oil or aloe before popping the lozenge and then again after it is fully dissolved. This will alleviate any burning if you do forget to move it around. Another way is to rinse with some baking powder solution. Analogy for Understanding the Reaction Think of the lozenge like a small biological spark plug. While it is generating the "spark" (the Nitric Oxide) that your body needs to "start the engine" of your circulation, that localized energy can be a bit too intense for the delicate "upholstery" of your tongue. Using a soothing agent like aloe or a protective coating of oil is like putting a heat shield in place to protect the surface while the engine runs.

Start with 1/8 tablet/ day for1 week. Add another ⅛ tab the next we. 🍎Watch out for head aches etc. Good STRONG stuff. Find a PODCAST for this product: Listen carfully. Now: I use ¼ to ½ tablet 1-2x/wk—> specifically to ELIMINATE neuropathy. Amazing.

Well, like many other reviews of this product, I experienced adverse effects. I was ok at first. I took the nitric oxide lozenges for about two weeks, twice a day (12 hrs apart). Then on about the 14th day my hard and soft palate and my tongue swelled up. I didn’t connect the swelling to the nitric oxide at first and I actually took two more doses (24 hrs apart). My soft palate swell enough during the night that it woke me up because I was having a little trouble breathing. I started connecting the dots at this point and stopped the nitric oxide lozenges. It took 6 or 7 day for my palate to get back to normal and my tongue about 10 days because the product actually did tissue damage, similar to chemical burns, to my palate and tongue. I don’t know why my mouth tolerated them for almost two weeks and then suddenly did not, but once my mouth did not it was bad. As far as a nitric oxide boost from the product, I can’t say that I noticed any benefit there either, which was unfortunate because I had high hopes for the product.

Great tasting and easy to dissolve, feel the NO hit very slowly but controlled. Take in morning before working out! Easy on stomach.

My blood pressure is now much better/lower. My pulse has always been crazy high and it is now fairly normal. I’m very happy with this product. My sleep also seems to be improved.

Mediocre product (as in average and nothing special) There are in my opinion other products that work better then this. It does have nice packaging and lozenges are easy to take. With no taste that Ive noticed. For the price, buy this when its on lightening deal. It is not worth full price. Does increase energy levels slightly, nothing spectacular. I siggest researching up on the subject these lozenges help. Find what works best for you.
