Perfect
Bought for our Jack Russell who just chews up he's balls rather than playing with them. This one is still going as he can't fit it all in he's mouth. This ball only has one hole which is for filling and for the treats to come out. It is adjustable so smaller/larger treats can be put in. However after we filled ours and gave him the ball he just chased it around and left a trail of treats everywhere. It is now just a ball he headbutts and chases around everywhere and uses the gap that's supposed to be for the treats as a place to put he's teeth to carry it around. Good strong quality material. Very pleased it's still going strong. This is the longest lasting ball he's ever had and he's 7 years old (with the energy of a puppy)

Brilliant! Long lasting fun.
This is the second of these that I have bought my dog. I bought the previous, smaller, one 4 years ago and it is still going. This was the next size up and a different colour. My dog loves these balls. They keep him entertained for much longer than other snack balls and can fit a full meal inside so he can work for his dinner. He gets so excited when he sees the ball; much more so that when I fill up his dinner bowl! The maze inside the ball means that the treats do not all come out at once and so the fun lasts longer. My dog is a medium sized cavapoo and quite intelligent. Other dog games and puzzles do not take him long to master but these balls have never become boring. Highly recommended.

Survived my Black Labrador
It's not dead yet. Therefore it's good. Treats come out a bit fast - but he ATE one of those plastic variable aperture ones in a day even previously though it claimed to be tough. If you have a dog with properly large bite this item is better regardless. Treats are held back a bit by an internal flap in the ball that dog cannot reach. Else its just a case of the treats finding the hole and dropping out. Hope that description of how it works helps.

Ordered blue
Ordered the blue and got a red one, wouldn’t matter to me but this is a gift for a friend who hates red. Too late to send back so I’ll buy something else locally and give this one to the local dogs home. Disappointing.Added: I’ve bought another of these for my dog several months later and exactly the same thing has happened, I ordered blue and got a red one. Ball is fine and dog seems to like it, but I would have preferred the colour I ordered.

Lovely toy!
Generally a good item, our puppy loves this ball and we now feed him out of it to give him the mental stimulation border collies need. We received a lovely red one, the only thing I could pick at is to say that the red opening and closing part of the ball can be very stiff and I've really struggled to turn it all the way around. The other warning is even though it is plastic it is very strong, our puppy launches it across the kitchen tiles and has cracked one of them before so now we just use it on carpet. All in all I think it's a reasonable price and he loves it.

Good idea, but poor quality
I have ordered one of these before for a friend’s dog and it was absolutely fine and the dog loved it. However, I ordered one for our 12 week old puppy and as soon as he started playing with it I noticed bits of plastic falling out of it - please see picture. Luckily I managed to get hold of it before he did, but I felt this was quite dangerous so have sent the product back (that’s why it’s in the box in the picture).

Poor unsafe dog toy
My dog had this two weeks and enjoyed playing with it, then it broke the part inside that held the adjustable door snapped. Thankfully I supervise my dog during play and was able to take it from her before the small pieces fell out allowing her to swallow them. She is a small dog and I had one of these balls by another manufacturer for 4 years and she played with it at least twice a week. This one is poor quality.

Didn't last 24 hours!
Our black lab is a definite power chewer, so has reduced many a toy to pieces in no time. Had higher hopes for this one due to other reviews, but the rubber is too thin (6mm). I can squash it with one hand and my dogs jaws are much more powerful. She loved playing with it for about 30min until she tried too hard to get the last treats out and ripped it before I could get to her. We have the same size toy which is weather beaten but intact and the rubber is 8mm thick and not easy to compress, but alas don't know the brand of that one. So not durable and a wasted £12 for me and our power chewer, but it would be good and entertaining for gentler dogs.
