Had to switch to 1 inlet.
My pool has 2 inlets into the pump which is a small intex cartridge filter.Set this up on one of them and it was not getting suction.Shut off the 2nd inlet so it's only coming thru the skimmer it now works great

Super easy to install! Good quality and sturdy. Every pool owner needs this! Good suction to clear all the surface debris. Easy to raise and lower depending on the water level. Comes with two different attachments: for rounded soft sided pools and steel frame.

Works well for Intex pools
I bought to use with my Intex Ultra Frame 24ft x 12 rectangle pool. It was easy to install and attach and works well. It does catch and hold anything floating on the surface of the water.

Solid little machine!
It's doing a fabulous job so far! Have had it installed for just over a week. We live in Louisiana so there's never a shortage of bugs making their way into our pool.

Let’s talk about the red snap-in height adjuster. Who designed this thing - a raccoon with commitment issues? The skimmer kept popping off at the slightest ripple. I ended up zip-tying it in place like a rogue mechanic because apparently, "pull and click" translates to "wiggle and fall off."Seriously, US Pool, was a screw-down mechanism too complicated?That said, once I tamed the beast with zip ties and a bit of spite, it actually worked great. It was catching June bugs and leaves like a champ. All I had to do was lift it out and dump it. Easy. Gross, but easy.So yeah, it works, but only after I outsmarted it. Barely.

Works great
Actually works in my pool. The other one I had didn’t work do to the new liner set up. I’m glad they finally made a filter basket that works for them.

Good material, bad design.
Good quality materials, fits my pool, but the design isn't great. There are 5 backup valves on the bottom that unfortunately prevent this from working in any meaningful way. They allow water in from the bottom and stop it from coming out but this means the water just flows in from the bottom bypassing the skimmer. This is a huge oversight honestly, I know it's to prevent debris from cloging the flow and sucking in air but it prevents it from getting enough flow over the skimmer basket to do its job. If you cover these valves it works way better but does leave you the risk of running the pump dry.

Easy to use
This skimmer works well. It stays put when running and does not suck so hard it comes out of the water.
