Low cost ladder hook

GOOD PRODUCT
A little bit flimsy BUT does the job, easy to assemble to my extensions ladders and hooks well over the roof ridge tiles. Manoeuvring Wheels are a slight problem due to the wheel diameter (these are a bit of an issue on pan-tile roof) a bigger diameter circa 250mm would greatly improve the movement up/down the roof and eliminate snagging on the tiles. It does what it is supposed to and is a great safety enhancement without having to buy expensive set of ladders

Safe and easy
Arrived promptly with all the parts. Easy and quick to assemble and is safe and robust to use. Once bolted to your ladder it isn't something you take off and put on regularly, so ideally stays in place. Really pleased to now be able to repair our roof.

A cheaper alternative for a roof ladder
I bought this to adapt an aluminium ladder to use as a roof ladder. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Supplied in the bag were the two wheels and their spacers, 6 x u-bolts, washers and nuts (which an 11mm spanner/socket is required). The hooks themselves are a good size and are made of a decent thickness of aluminium square tubing. The hook ends have 4 rubber sleeves on them. The hooks were fitted easily (as the instructions suggested) and they worked as expected. Once the job was done, the hooks were easily removed to allow normal use of the ladder. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase as it proved an economical alternative to purchasing a whole roof ladder.
