It's bigger than I expected but incredible
From the moment I unboxed the 14" Deluxe Non-Stick Wok, I knew my cooking game was about to level up. The sleek design and substantial size are perfect for everything from quick stir-fries to elaborate family dinners. The non-stick surface is a dream come true — not a single morsel of food sticks, making both cooking and cleaning up a breeze. The even heat distribution ensures that all my ingredients cook perfectly, and the depth of the wok allows for generous portions that can feed a crowd. The wok’s durability is impressive. It’s been a staple in my kitchen for months now, and it still looks as good as new, with no scratches or wear. The comfortable handle provides a secure grip, making it easy to maneuver, even when full. Whether I’m searing, sautéing, or simmering, this wok handles it all with ease. It’s truly a versatile tool that has earned its place at the heart of my kitchen. For anyone looking to invest in a high-quality wok, this is the one. It’s an absolute must-have for any home chef who values quality, functionality, and style. If you’re on the fence about getting this wok, don’t be. It’s a game-changer. The 14" Deluxe Non-Stick Wok gets a well-deserved five stars from me, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Awesome performance, and I mean it
This is my wife’s favorite pan for frying and sautéing. The no PFOA/PFA ceramic truly is the best non-stick alternative to cancer-causing Teflon. I even fry eggs without any oil (just know this only works by heating the eggs low and slow, takes a few tries to get it right). We use this pan every day and surface is still like new (just don’t use metal spatulas, bamboo is best). Cleaning is simple after soaking in warm soapy water for 5-10 mins.

Great nonstick wok a year later
I waited to write a review because I’ve found some nonstick pans quickly lose their coating. We have had this wok for a year and it’s still pristine and the cooking surface is still non stick. We’ve been using on a gas stove on med / medium high. Would definitely buy again.

The best pan for a low-fat diet!
Wow! I'm very impressed with this product. Our family has been low-fat plant-based (thanks to The Engine 2 Diet: The Texas Firefighter's 28-Day Save-Your-Life Plan that Lowers Cholesterol and Burns Away the Pounds ) for a couple of months now, so we are trying to do all our cooking with a tiny bit of spray oil or even no added oil at all. Before we got this pan, I had to add vegetable broth or water to my stainless and cast iron pans to keep the food from sticking, which is fine for onions, but not so great when you want to brown potatoes. Now that we have the Ozeri Wok, which is huge, by the way, and fits perfectly on the larger coils on our electric range, I have cooked hash browns from grated raw Yukon Gold potatoes using just a tiny bit of spray oil with basically no sticking. I had to stir it with the wooden spoon to keep the starch from forming a layer on the bottom, but it was so much easier and less messy than our old cast iron pan. And next time I will remember to rinse the grated potatoes. Speaking of cast iron, I've been reading Dr. Barnard's excellent book, Power Foods for the Brain: An Effective 3-Step Plan to Protect Your Mind and Strengthen Your Memory where he references research implicating excess iron (as well as other metals) affecting cognition, so our family will be ditching the cast iron skillets in favor of these Ozeri pans, as well. I was never a fan of Teflon. Teflon-coated pans frequently felt light and cheap and they seemed to get scratched up within the first year of use, even if you were careful. This Ozeri wok isn't Teflon and doesn't have that Teflon-chintzy feel at all. It feels more like Grandma's old French heavy pots that have the thick glaze coating. Seriously, this Ozeri wok is beautiful to look at and pleasantly smooth to the touch, not to mention super easy to clean, because you use so much less oil. The only problem is that makes all of our other cookware look dated and inferior. I guess we'll end up keeping the stainless and replacing the cast iron with Ozeri products. Thanks for reading my first review!

Make sure you know how to cook with ceramic!
I bought this in February of 2013 for my mother in order to conduct a comparison to the Healthy Legend pans I bought for myself at the same time. Both the Ozeri and Healthy Legend had impressive non-stick capability initially. However, after 9 months of use, they are losing their non-stick. Because I cook a lot of sunny side eggs, my egg pan is ceramic the worst and even now with a large amount of oil, it is now the opposite of non stick - it is so hard to wash off. My mother's ozeri wok is doing the same thing. We treated these pans like we would Teflon - used a tiny amount of oil, let them cool before dousing in water, used silicone cooking utensils and always handwashed them. But after some further research, I realized that ceramic pans are much more fragile than teflon... the good news is that even if the surface starts to wear away in your food, it's not toxic. You can't heat ceramic pans on high - ideally only up to medium, which limits stir fry (especially in a wok) where high heat is needed for good flavor. I contacted both companies to report the problem. After a couple emails, where they questioned how I treated the pans, Healthy Legend offered to send me only one replacement pan of the four. Ozeri's customer service was a bit better and replaced the $36 12" wok pan I bought my mother with sincere apology - they sent a label to have my mother send off her old pan so that they can examine how it is wearing down to help them improve their pans. I'm still giving up Teflon due to the toxins... I hope further innovations will make ceramic perform better. If I had to choose a pan, I'd choose Ozeri for their customer service and due to the fact that my mom used higher heat and lost non stick around the same time as I did. But the healthy legend set does come with lids that fit all four pans for ~ $170.

This is a great wok. In every sense of the word. Pros: Huge! Can easily make food for 10 people. If this is what you want, it's perfect. Pretty - looks classy hanging on the kitchen wall. Quality made - this is well made stuff, and for the quality, isn't too heavy. Easy to clean - it won't fit in any dishwasher, but is so non-stick, it's super easy to wash by hand in seconds. Comes with a felt inlay for stacking other pots inside it. Cons: Huge! You will need a double burner on a gas stove to get enough heat into it for cooking. Seriously, huge! There is no way it would fit in any of our single-size cupboards, so we had to fit a wall hook for storage. Hot handle - the main handle stays cool during use, but the second handle next to the bowl area gets very hot indeed, and if you're filling this wok, you will need to use that handle at some point, so be prepared. I love this wok, it's great value for money.

Definitely zero star! After one month of use, it becomes sticky to anything you cook on it and totally unusable. What's worse, I just miss the one month return window!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this wok! It is an absolute joy to use and to clean. The ceramic provides even heating and heats up very quickly, which helps in the quick preparation of stir fries. It also provides a lovely chemical-free non-stick surface that just makes cooking and cleaning so much easier. Everything in it just wipes off with ease. I would even say that it is easier to clean that a typical metal non-stick pan. I noticed that some people have complained about the ceramic scratching or breaking. I can tell you that I have never experienced this, and I use this wok and my regular non-stick pan from Ozeri multiple times a week. Obviously with ceramic, like with metal, you should not be using metal spatulas or cooking pieces. I use silicone and it has been great, no scratching or marks. Obviously like with other pans, you should exercise caution when stacking them with other pans as that can scratch them as well. I personally don't stack any of my pans, and as a result none of them have ever gotten scratched. So if you don't want to damage your ceramic, it's easy: use only silicone or wood tools, don't stack other pans inside of them, don't clean it with steel wool (which is total overkill anyway given how easy it is to wipe clean), and exercise caution when moving them around (i.e. don't drop them...). This wok even comes with a little storage cover that you place inside to protect the ceramic should you choose to stack it. So really there's no excuse for scratching up your pan...
