Right before you insert the stretcher inside the shoe, it is recommended that you rotate the black structure of a wheel anticlockwise so that the back portion of the shoes very nears the front section of the two-way shoe stretcher. Now carefully place the shoe stretcher inside the shoe. Now turn the wheel clockwise you will see that the heel section is gradually moving towards the heel of your shoe. Once you reach a resistance factor, the shoe is starting to stretch. Once you see that the desired length has been reached, you can now turn the hook handle clockwise. Do the same for about two to three times more. To prevent damage of the shoe, please do not overstretch. Keep the shoe stretcher in the previous condition for about 12-24 hours and to remove the stretcher turn the wheel and the hook handle counterclockwise.
