I’ve tried a lot of acne products, but the e.l.f. Skin Blemish Breakthrough is hands down my favorite. It’s super easy to use, I just apply it every night, and it fits perfectly into my routine without any hassle. What I love most is how gentle it is on my sensitive skin but still really effective at clearing blemishes. The product itself is small, but it lasts forever, which makes it a fantastic value for the price. I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin since I started using it, and honestly, ELF is my go-to brand now for skincare and makeup. If you’re looking for something that’s easy, affordable, and actually works, this is it.

Salicylic acid is an exfolilant. It's unclogs your pores actually causing more pimples at first. It isn't really going to treat a pimple you already have other than it does have some anti-inflammatory properties which might make the area less red. But it is not going to "cure" a pimple you already have. It also takes weeks (4-6) of regular use of it to "purge" your pores and during this time you'll get way more pimples until the cycle of skin shedding is done. So using a product that contains it serves to ultimately prevent pimples by keeping your pores unclogged. But you have to stick with using it consistently and suffer the increase in break outs (I started using an SA cleanser 3 weeks ago and every single day I get a minimum of 3-4 new pimples and sometimes even more). The good news is I personally don't think the new pimples hang around as long and are mostly small superficial ones with a few larger cystic ones thrown in. This is a very hard lesson I'm ashamed to say took me until I was in my 50's to understand, when perimenopause has taken me back to the complexion of my teens (and not in a good way). All that being said, what I like about this product is A. the price, B. the ease of using it in the sense that the product never has to touch your fingers. What I don't like is it's a lower concentration of salicylic acid than other spot "treatments". I have another brand that is 2% but it's much less user friendly and costs twice as much. For those complaining that the roller ball does not allow any product to come out, you have to frequently turn this upside down while using to get the product on the ball. Then it works fine. If you go into using this with the understanding it's not a miracle worker, then I give it 4 stars. If you go into it thinking it's going to magically cure your pimples overnight, I'd give it 0 starts because it's not going to do that.

This product works fast. If I get a pimple, within 1-2 days of using this product it’s gone. I have also used it in a body pimple before and it worked well. I’ve been using it for over 6 years. I have a regular daily cleansing routine. This is just and added step in case I get a sudden breakout.

I use it when I am having a breakout. It helps within a day or two. I have sensitive skin and haven’t had any reaction. It has been a good addition to my skin care routine and it is small enough that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is easy to apply just needs to be shaken sometimes to make it work.

This does the job on all my acne. I wake up and see a spot of any acne coming in and i roll this stuff on in the morning and before bed and it works wonders. Comes in a easy stick that you can bring on the go, good for my sensitive skin. If you put it on a freshly popped pimple it burns for a little bit but that is all.

Prodotto eccellente che disinfetta , già dopo la prima applicazione, il punticcio. Io lo applico subito dopo la comparsa e dopo un paio di giorni matura il punticcio o cmq il rossore si attenua (in caso di punticcio sottopelle).
