Obwohl dieses Buch nicht allzu groß ist und nicht Unmengen Rezepte drin sind, ist doch eine repräsentative Auswahl an Rezepten drin, die die verschiedenen Bereiche spanischer Reistraditionen abdeckt. Die Bilder machen Appetit, die Anleitungen (Buch in englischer Sprache) sind verständlich angeführt, die Zubereitung der meisten Gerichte nicht allzu kompliziert. Man merkt jedenfalls, dass hier eine Spanienkennerin am Werk war. Insgesamt ein informatives und angenehmes Kochbuch, auch als nettes kleines Geschenk gut geeignet.

Ich finde die Rezeptauswahl und die Erklärungen gelungen. Hübsche Fotos, aber keine 30 Rezepte und man sollte wissen was "crushed garlic cloves" sind.
