Easy and comprehensive
This is a great guide for body-weight exercises. It can be used alone or in conjunction with Coach Sean Vigue's exercise programs found on YouTube. I'm an older guy and following coach Vigue has resulted in reworking my muscle tone and flexibility.

Fantastic book suited to all levels
This guide to Pilates goes through so many different exercises and how to do them, what modifications are possible if you have physical restrictions, and also offers flows putting these movements together depending on your own goals. Each exercise lets you know what areas of the body are targeted and has accompanying photos which make it clear what to do.I have been watching Sean Vigue on YouTube for some time, and his yoga and Pilates classes are wonderful, and offer exercises accessible at any ability level with warmth and humour. His book is a further extension of this and well worth the money. I am not an athlete, but this book and Sean's videos are a great way to keep moving and build strength and flexibility, especially while working from home with limited access to gyms.

Sean did not disappoint!
Sean, as a former in-person Pilates student of yours, and an avid follower on YouTube, I didn't think there was much more I could learn from your book. I was dead wrong. The book has a depth that I have not seen in classes, on videos, or even in other books. I am so glad I bought your book and I look forward to studying it for years to come. Excellent Guidance and Illustrations!
Great illustrations and specific cues for each movement, helping you understand the muscles you are working. I love the flows that are given in a nice sequence that correlates to activities you may be participating in, right from when you’re starting your day and winding down in the evening, plus activities/sports you might be participating in throughout the day. Excellent guidance!

A great reference book
This book has great ideas on how to make Pilates exercises simple but also how to make them more challenging. It is well organized and a great tool to have as a teacher!
