For CMC powder this is a great deal
This was shockingly awesome. I used it with fondant (I simply knead my fondant and then put a little bit in the middle and knead it in). It allowed me to control how fast my fondant would stabilize, in two different temperatures. I used it to stabilize to create figures and I’m glad I did. I used to use gum paste with fondant but I didn’t have near the control as I did with this powder. I also got a lot more for the price than I would have gotten at Michael’s.
