When using Clairol Professional Beautiful Collection Semi-Permanent Hair Color. After 25 minutes you would just want to rinse the color out as it is a semi permanent and will wash out up to 8 washes with shampoo. I hope this was helpful information to you. Enjoy your new color.

Q: Can you apply to dry hair?

I suppose you could but clean damp hair stretches the product and allows more even distribution. I have long hair and I would need double the product if I used it on dry hair.

Q: Does this include the developer?

No. It's semi-permanent hair dye so it doesn't need one.

Q: Does this completely wash out ?
