Would not recommend.
PROS:• Incredibly easy to set up (stick it to the back of your phone and plug it in, that's it).• It makes charging the phone very convenient, as you can just set it down on your charging mat (not included).CONS:• It gets hot if it is charging for more than about 10 minutes.• Leaving it plugged into the iPhone when the phone is not activately charging (not on a charging mat) it will drain your battery as quickly as if you are listening to music or watching videos.• Mine broke after only two months of use, and that was with me trying to be careful with it. It tore where the ribbon connects to the base of the plug ripped in half.

I picked up this Gold receiver and it works great! Even through the Lifeproof case

but sad to say in the long term it fails
This works IF you apply the ribbon cable in a manner that won't cause it to crease, which i found near impossible to do and still be able to unplug it when needed. That is it's major design flaw. after using it for a couple of weeks, the ribbon is creased and the iPhone will not charge. In fact it seems to drain it further when attempting to charge. I really wanted this to work, but sad to say in the long term it fails.

Happy customer
I purchased one a while back. It didn't work and I was highly disappointed. I contacted the company and their customer service division took very good care of me. They went through step by step to see what the problem could be and when I tried everything and nothing worked, they sent me a new one. When I received it,it worked flawlessly! If you are looking for a wireless charger look no farther. If you have a problem, they will help you out. Other companies should take notes on how to run a customer service from these guys.

Great for a household with a mix of wireless charging ...
Device worked as described immediately and the otterbox case still fit for the iPhone 7 Plus. We're pleasantly surprised that this was a quick win for our device. Does mean we never get to use the lightening port without having to fiddle with case and this adapter, but frankly with wifi syncing this is not a big loss.Great for a household with a mix of wireless charging phones already in the house to consolidate on charging devices.

Works just as it says. My car has a charging pad built in the dash. I wasnt sure if this product would work. The description said it works with any Q1 charger, so I thought i'd give it a try. Wow! It was simple to connect and I just placed it on the vehicle charger pad and it immediately showed up on my screen as Charging. It is not a fast charge though. It was on the pad for about 20 minutes and it only went up 2%, but I guess thats ok, since it does what it's supposed to do!

Amazed my kids!!
This thing works. I have an iPhone 6 Plus with a case that attaches to a magnet (assuming it's just metal and not magnetic itself). Amazed my kids by laying this on a charging pad. My first charging pad-a bamboo one-was finicky and I had to adjust the phone when I laid it on the lad, bit the new pad works great. Just lay device on it and it starts to charge.There is some heat but so far that hasn't caused any problems.

Works with iPhone6Plus, Slow to Charge, Not as thin as it seems
It works with my iPhone 6plus and IKEA wireless charging pad. Slow to charge and recognize and need to inserted certain direction. Not thin enough to go between case and phone but can act as adapter to wireless charging pads.

Had High Hopes
Works!Followup... Only works intermitantly with the Iphone 6S+. Clicks on and off incessently while on charger (Samsung) Will replace this with a different charger device.

Super Convenient
It works well, however it has issues going through cases. I got this for my girlfriend and the thinnest case I could find (I didn't look very hard) and while the charger works great, when the case is on, it doesn't charge at all while on the base station. Still giving 5 stars because it functions as advertised.

Worked great for 30 days - then stopped
This charge receiver worked great for the first 30 days. Plugged into my iPhone 6s, put a case over it, charged as designed on multiple charge pads. After 30 days stopped working. Would take the case off, unplug-replug receiver back in would then charge for 2 minutes before turning off. Now not charging at all. Promising product if it worked as designed for more than 30 days. Would not recommend.

too fragile, breaks or stops working
It works well on charger and in car. Inserts between back of phone and Otterbox case, works fine even with case. I have to remove the receiver each time to use iphone to run credit cards, other wise a great way to make it Qi compatible.Update: stopped working, no way to contact company directly. Not good

Alignment Critical
It works well... I was expecting to be able to simply lay my phone on the charger, and let it charge. The reality is that you have to take time to place the phone just right on the base to get the charging to go. I’m mot sure if it’s just an issue with the base we chose or the receiver. It’s irritating.
