Nice front door smart lock. Easy to install, set up and use. After a few months had an issue. I was able to work with customer service and a new smart lock was sent. Thank you Mia you were extremely helpful during the process. Much appreciated. Would recommend.

I purchased this product for my daughter and installed it back in May. It worked very well up until early Feb. The door wouldn't open. The latch inside the door handles would not move. I contacted Customer support and they were very helpful. I had a new part that was covered under warranty within 3 days. I installed the new part and the lockset is working great again. The customer support at this company is unlike any I have ever seen before. They even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly now.

This is a beautiful and simple-to-install lock. The only complaint I had is that the screws could have been labeled better and that the instruction video tells you to put the deadbolt pin vertical, not horizontal as it needs to be and said in the book. If you follow the video installation, the deadbolt will not turn all the way and you have you redo it. After you get that figured out, it’s a solid lock. The locking noise is a bit much, but you can turn it down, or off. Aside from that, the lock is beautiful and very modern. I love that it hooks up to my TTL app and has the option to give remote access keys and timed access. As a property manager I have a few other homes with this app as a lockbox, but I absolutely love that this door has that ability now. I have no idea how I missed that in the listing, but it was a happy surprise. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my door and I’ll be recommending this to others.

I have an older door so had to cut, but only a couple of notches rather than a bigger hole. Works really well. The fingerprint sensor does tend to fail in cold weather
