Don’t trust Brecks
Purchased four rose bushes from Brecks - 3 John F Kennedy barefoot & one Don Juan barefoot. I soaked them as directed in water for over three hours and then planted them. All died. I called the company (as they have a guarantee) and was told that since I bought them through Amazon, they won’t honor the guarantee. Don’t trust Brecks.

One half of a plant?
I do not like paying for a whole plant and receiving 1/2 of a plant. It was alive but completely defoliated. There are live buds on the 1/2 plant that I received, so I planted it and hope that it grows. This plant is much healthier that the other that I purchased at the same time.

Review on to bare root roses, JFK and Tropicana.
I like JFK , the white rose and Tropicana. Both arrived with five canes. The Tropicana rose had a brown cane when it arrived, which I trimmed out. There is another cane that appears that I might lose it. That will leave three canes on the Tropicana rose. I ordered through Amazon from Breck’s. The roses are both produced by Weeks roses.
