Final Review **UPDATE/EDIT BELOW ORIGINAL REVIEW**Like many others have said, it doesn't hold a charge. Once it arrived I immediately plugged it up to fully charge it. It took a while to charge to 100% (which is understandable because of it's apparent large capacity) Once it hit 100% I just left it unplugged sitting on a shelf and within 3 days (of receiving it and fully charging it) the battery had drained to 51%. I've not even charged anything with it to test capacity. I've bought a few smaller and not name brand battery banks that still work fantastic after heavy usage during hurricane Helene, so I'm pretty disappointed because I wanted to upgrade to something bigger. I'm not going to return it yet as I'd like to give it a second change but reading the 1 star reviews this seems common. Sad because I was excited about this one. I'll update my review once I verify this thing is a dud on my 2nd chance given, but I'm not holding my breath.**PART 2**It's been almost 2 days since I recharged back to 100%. I used it to briefly charge something, which knocked it down to 96%. I'm cautiously happy to report it is maintaining it's 96% level. I will let it sit over the weekend and leave my final review (part 3) and adjust stars rating accordingly.**PART 3**Instead of updating on Monday I decided to wait until the following Saturday. I'm happy to announce it is still sitting pretty at 96% and hasn't lost a bit of its charge. I'll be adjusting my star rating and add this little guy to my lineup of portable batteries for emergencies.

I’ve been using the UGREEN 25,000mAh 145W Power Bank for a few months now for both work & personnel use. I've been really impressed with it's capacity & it's output, the form factor is also a huge plus!Charging Speed/Output: The 145W output of this power bank is no joke; I was able to charge my work laptop from near 5% to over 50% in around 30 minutes while still in use. My s23 Ultra can go from 20% up 100% in under 10 minutes. The 145W output lets me power my Steam Deck & a portable monitor to play video games in my hotel room.Huge Capacity: The 25,000mAh goes a lot further than you might think. I can charge my phone multiple times over, my Steam Deck 3-4 times or my laptop to a full charge 2 times on a single charge. Great for long days out, travel, or long periods of gaming.Compact Design & Build Quality: Despite the power, it’s surprisingly compact. Not small enough to fit into your pocket comfortably, but easily able to fit into a pocket in a backpack/bag. The digital display is a nice to know exactly how much battery is left. The build quality it great too.Compatibility: I’ve used it with my work laptop, smart phone, and my Steam Deck. No issues at all.Real-World Use: I've taken this power bank on over 5 week long business trips where I was working remotely & had multi-hour layovers in airports. It kept my laptop, phone, & Steam Deck charged the whole time during travel. No need to hunt for outlets!Grabbed while on discount, but would've paid full price. Totally worth the investment.

This is a great battery pack, holy cow!!.. its a brick!.. it will charge your stuff for days!. I'm buying another one if they ever go on sale. I use mine every day.

I work as an inventory supervisor in an HVAC company and my job is a very mobile job so my laptop would die about 2 hours after I started work. Not very efficient in my job so I needed something I could easily carry with me but can also power my work laptop. This was a great choice as far as power is concerned. It has enough power to charge a dead laptop to full battery and still have some juice left. Charging speed both in and out are great for what I need. Nice design that matches but eh weight is a little on the heavy side but I can tolerate it cause it does what I need and more.

USB C reading showed 92WH capacity and usb wattage capabilities being within 5 watts of rated port wattage. Could not fully test the 140w port though. Solid construction, solid size and weight, just solid.

I purchased this power bank with high expectations, but I'm deeply concerned about its safety and functionality issues. I'm writing this review to alert both potential buyers and the company to these problems.* Critical Issues:- Dangerous current reversal: The power bank discharged from 70% to 0% overnight while plugged in. This aligns with other reviewers' reports of current reversal when fully charged, posing a significant safety risk.- Inconsistent power output: While it occasionally reaches 50W (measured using a USB tester), it's far below the advertised 145W. This discrepancy is misleading and affects the product's core functionality.- Potential fire hazard: Given the unexpected power drainage and current reversal, I'm concerned about the risk of overheating or even fire, especially when charging unattended.- Non-functional features: The "even more power" button appears to do nothing, suggesting either a defect or false advertising.- Poor quality indicators: The blinking capacity indicator is difficult to read and seems unreliable. At this price range, virtually every other power bank comes with a good display to show output V, A, W, etc. Not this power bank though.These issues go beyond mere inconvenience - they represent potential safety hazards and a product that fundamentally does not work as advertised. I've documented these problems and am urgently requesting a full refund. I cannot in good conscience continue using this product or recommend it to others.
