The small brush is nylon not wire.

These are a must for getting into tight places to clean, such as between the wheel hub lugs after removing the rotors, or brake caliper anchor plates where the brake pads fit.

These are both nylon as well as some steel. They are super nice and work really well.

I thought the brushes would be a thicker metal but they work just fine
