Unfortunately, surfaces aren't naturally slip resistant, which makes any sort of condensation dangerous. The perfect solution to this issue is the sure-step anti-slip coating. To be used as a seal coat primer or as a stand alone coating on previously uncoated concrete or asphalt, you'll never have to doubt your step again. Can be used for either vertical or horizontal masonry surfaces

Did not hold up this winter - disappointed and out time and money
Disappointed to have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star review, but after living with this on my sidewalk thru the first winter it looks AWFUL. It is peeling and bubbling up all over. Originally I was really happy with this product - cured my slippery sidewalk problem and looked nice. I took the added stop to apply a bonding primer underneath, as well. I live in eastern Washington - winters are cold, but not extremely. My sidewalk is somewhat protected, so doesn't have to contend much with the elements. Save your time and money. I spent too much of both, and now I'm looking at a mess to try to deal with this spring.

Great paint
So far, the Best concrete paint I have ever purchased. The gel consistency was very easy to apply and it looks great. It has not been tested under a very hard rain yet. I hope it withstands that test, too. I did use a clear concrete sealer over it as added security.

Three Stars
Works well, price fluctuated greatly online plus shipping was high. I would look to another product next time.

Good stuff
I used a bonding sealer to prime the concrete pad of my breezeway and then rolled two coats of this over it. It looks wonderful and seems rugged enough. The paint went as far (sq.ft.) as the can advertised, no problem - maybe it wouldn't have if I didn't seal it first. I like the color (used the light grey) and will put a navy indoor/outdoor rug down which will go well. The texture is very good, it stays suspended in the paint and rolls out evenly. Good solid grip when wet. Now I'll see how long it lasts.
