This 3 port insert works great for adding a keystone jack (hdmi, cat5, cat6, etc), Fits in a standard decora wall plate. VICTEK offer this QuickPort insert to match Decora electrical devices, like HDMI, Ethernet, and coax connector, etc. All the keystone modules fit perfectly into the plate. NOTE: This decora plate may not allow fit two keystone jacks side by side, such as two cat6 keystones/ two Ethernet ports, or you may have to Dremel the edges of the keystone jacks to get them to fully seat and snap into the modules please make sure you know what type of keystone insert you are going to use, so you will be able to access each port.

I'm not sure if there is another box that is better suited for this product
Unable to use with old work, low voltage boxes. The plate thickness does not allow proper seating of cover plate against the wall, leaving a gap. I'm not sure if there is another box that is better suited for this product, so this may not necessarily be a design flaw. But I was not able to use this product in my application.

Does not work well with Cooper Wiring screwless wallplates
While the product looks great and the metal insert for the faceplate screws is a nice touch, it turns out that my faceplates do not work well with this insert. The "special feature" that made this product stand out is actually what is causing the issue given the metal insert's thickness causes the wall plate not to sit tight against the wall. The gap between the wall plate and the wall is quite visible and it also lets more air in/out than it would with a regular all plastic decora keystone plate insert. I must add that the Cooper wiring screwless wall plates I use have a plastic part that screws onto the devices in the electrical box and the actual wall plate clips on the screwed on part. I am guessing that if you use traditional screw on wall plates that you will be just fine. I get electric shocks (static electricity) from those and I do not like how the look.
