Great product, even better support
I chose this broadband unit mostly because it is in effect the industry standard for aftermarket engine management. It's well known and widely understood and recognized as a quality product. Unboxing matched the quality reputation: the housing, conductors, and connectors all reflect high end kit. Best of all is the tech support. I had two questions about my install that were answered by an actual live person - and a knowledgeable live person, too. I am sold on this company. In the future if I need something and innovate makes it, I'm buying their product.

Works perfectly after DOA sensor replaced.
Purchased for a MegaSquirt 3 install on a 99 Jeep Cherokee. The first sensor arrived DOA but Innovate replaced it quickly. I haven't had any way to confirm the sensor reading but it seems accurate enough from what I can tell. Install was easy, their software is ok but I use TunerStudio for everything so that's not an issue.

Not worth the waste of time and hassle
Never worked out of the box. As soon as I program the module and then try to hook up the O2 sensor it threw a code on the connection. Called up innovate for advice and they said to send it back for warranty. It's been there a week and they said there are three weeks out before they'll get it looked at. I would personally find another solution. If I could get my money back I would

Great Product, Easy Install
This was perfect for my 1988 Jeep Comanche Microsquirt ECU retrofit. Easy install and functions prefect.

Awesome and affordable.
LOVE LOVE LOVE. Will definitely buy again. I've used the PLX, NGK, and now LC-2 product and this one is my favorite because it is so flexible. The control box is tiny (easily tucked away). The sensor is adequate (Bosch 4.9). You can program the output to be compatible with your choice of wideband gauge *awesome* and the software provided is good enough for basic tuning. And it's affordably priced, there is no reason to have a performance vehicle without a decent wideband again.

Connector correction needed
Am setting up a dual wideband with Innovate's LC-2 hardware so I bought 2 of them. Both of the unit's I received... 8 Pin connectors between the extension cable and controller would not mate. The 4 pin connectors went together easily as one would expect so I figured not to force the 8 pins too much. I did slightly and noticed (with a magnifier) the tip of one of the male pin's distorting. Solution: expand all the female receivers very slightly. I used the tip of a large needle to do this. It may be possible to expand the females too much so caution doing this. 8 pins now mate nicely. If I have any issue with the system's operation, first thing I'll do is revisit these 8 pin connectors---tighten the females ever so slightly. Can't say anything for operation yet as nothing is installed. Will update this review later if I remcall to do so. Daisy chain link... Per Innovate's tech support... this is accomplished with a "Patch Cable." Innovate's part # 38460. This connects to the OUT from one controller to the IN in the other controller. Doesn't matter what unit is IN or OUT. I asked tech support about why their 4.9 extension cable connector was different from other 4.9 cable connectors. Tech support I spoke with either didn't understand my question or didn't realize there is a difference. Innovate's connector has a longer body. And while this extension cable is 6 pin at the connection to a 4.9 sensor cable, it is 8 pin at the other end. The sealed joints between the cables and connectors don't allow one to know what wires are in Innovate's cable. It's possible the extra wires have something to do with whatever is in the longer connector's body if indeed there is anything in there. Generally speaking, the appearance of Innovate's hardware has a quality finish to it. 4 Stars based on instructions and product's quality appearance. Deduction is for 8 pin connectors not fitting correctly. I have yet to see this hardware work together with Innovate's LogWorks software. Am data logging as opposed to connecting a display to these controllers.

Bruce's Amazon Reviews
This is the very best O2 Sensor money can buy. It will keep your vehicle running factory fresh if you supply your vehicle with a good ECU Management computer. This sensor is state of the art and comes with its own software so you are never out of a tuning program. Great and ships very fast from AMAZON!

Does everything it says
As far as these things go, this is pretty straightforward to install and use. Works with EcuFlash right out the box, although you'd need a laptop with either a serial port, or a USB-Serial adapter which is not included.
