The product is great, exactly what you would expect. The customer service is awesome as well. If there's an issue they willl communicate with the customer until it's solved.

Highly recommend! we got our logo on a floor mat for outside of our office. Clean and crisp design and very welcoming to our guests and colleagues. We just had some major rain and the mat held up really well - no fading. Great customer service too! Very attentive and eager to satisfy customers.

We bought this and had it custom-designed with our company name and logo; it would've definitely turned out better if we could've chosen a lighter background (like gray or even blue), but the black one will suffice for now. I felt it was a decent value but not a GREAT BUY, which is why I didn't give it a 5-star review; the ability to choose a lighter color doormat would've brought the review up to 5 stars.

I ordered the MAOVOT Custom Door Mat with our house monogram and WOW — it completely elevated our entry. Like… this isn’t just a doormat, it’s a first impression moment. The customization came out PERFECT. The logo/text is crisp, clean, and actually looks high-end (not cheap or faded like I half expected from a custom order). It instantly made our entrance feel more intentional and branded — especially for guests walking in. Quality-wise: Super durable — doesn’t feel flimsy at all Non-slip backing actually works (no sliding around 🙌) Holds up well with traffic, dirt, and weather Easy to shake out / clean But the real win? The vibe. It gives that boutique hotel / luxury stay energy right at the door — which is exactly what we wanted. It’s such a small detail, but it makes the whole space feel more put together and thoughtful.

Before production, the company wisely sent an e-mail with color jpg, to confirm design. I suggest that you view that email on different screens. Screens/ monitors can be color-balanced differently themselves. I picked fairly low-contrast colors, which is a bit fussier, and the Amazon rendering, and email, were true for me. I didn't look for tracking info. Perhaps not much, as it came from Hong Kong via Cathay Pacific Air. Inside the shipping box, the mat is tightly wrapped, separately also. It would be nice if that wrap were easier to remove, but probably good that something like that wrap is there. Jury out, on gluing the mat to concrete. Not with MY hot-glue gun. One type of "Goop" (brand name) stuck to concrete, but not to the mat. One kind of 3M VHB double-sided sticky tape -- decent to dry concrete, don't know if it gets wet. And decent to back of mat. Would appreciate any other recommendations. Cheers
