Seems a decent enough basic "how-to-draw" for specific characters, and with practice the techniques could be adapted to others. Purchased for a 9yo, and seems well-suited to that age range. It covers the basics - it will NOT result in comics-level artwork!! hero has a "title-page" showing the finished demo drawing, then 6-8 full page steps. The characters are in a variety of poses. Covers mostly Marvel characters, with 2 DC and one outlier, Spawn from Image. A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one...Note that some of the characters shown on the cover are NOT covered in the book (Iron Man, Anakin Skywalker) so don't purchase if those are the ones you're after. The poses shown on the cover are also mostly not included. Bought for my grandson who is into "superheroes". This book is for 5-8years and as he's just 5 years old and does need some adult help to draw these figures. It is very interesting..Arrived quickly safely and well packaged. THANK YOU.

Great techniques but needs more practice space .Clever and gives good results but better for adults than kids as needs more broken down instructions and plain space.
