Works great, has different heat setting so you don’t burn your beard. You can set the heat to your beard type.

I am a black man with a thick curly beard and this straightener is perfect. It does a great job of getting my beard to the lengthy straighter curly look that I need. I just put it on the 400 setting, and it is good. It doesn't burn me either. I put some oil on my beard afterward and use a wood comb. I love this thing.

It works like it should work. You have to be careful when using it. It is easy to hit the power button and turn up the heat to a hotter setting. Other than that it's a good product for the value. I would recommend it to others.

I was recommended this item by my hair stylist for my hair. It took too long to heat up and the heat ended up making my hair wire-y. I think this product would be better with a little bit of airflow.
