Solid piece of kit
Solid piece of kit. I mounted both the bench grinder and the tool rest on a 18mm ply sheet as recommended in the instructions. Nice 25 degree grind of plane blade first attempt. Makes subsequent honing so much faster.

Great piece of kit
A perfect antidote to all the flimsy tool rests provided grinders, large and flat perfect for plane irons chisels etc. Just what I have been looking for

Delivery was fast,I am very happy with it as a ex-welder the welding could be a bit cleaner that being said it's a good pro at a good price

Easy and good value
I think this is brilliant. I know that there will be other woodturners out there that disagree with me but I find it quick and easy to use and value for money.

Good but needs some design adjustments.
Much easier to use than the one already on grinder, so I am not griping, but with adjustments to its design by any who know how to use a bench grinder it would be ideal.

Nice piece of kit
Excellent bit of kit Arrived a day earlier than expected which was a bonus Only thing is tightening the tool rest with a spanner is a slight pain a twist knob would of been more convenient but to be honest that’s slightly nit picking otherwise excellent 😊

Have a Rest.
This is a very solid piece of engineering which does exactly what I'd hoped for. My only whinge is annoyment at having to spend as much on this as I paid for my Grinder in the first place! (£40).But that's a moan against the Grinder manufacturers who supplied very 'tinny' non adjustable rests with the Grinder I bought. This rest arrived promptly and I even ordered a second Base Clamp which means I can swap the rest from wheel to wheel without the need to buy a second rest. I had to contact Darren the supplier/manufacturer of the rests to get that though and found him helpful and quick to respond to my emails.
