I was skeptical on ordering. My hands ache and wake me up at night. I tend to tighten into a fist at night, which makes it worse. This item could not be any better! An OT could not make it better.

I have been buying this same yellow plastic hand brace for several years. And the straps on this brand are the best by far.

I purchased this after having a stroke to keep my hand opened. I HAVEN'T WORN IT AT ALL I've tried...It's entirely to big my hands are very small , the straps couldn't be tightened and not enough velcro to keep the straps secured.

My husband likes this much more than the full forearm and hand sprint but his occupational therapist worries that his wrist will contract rather than extend backwards which is one of our goals in rehab. We'll see what happens over time.

Holds hand open and helps keep my fingers uncurled

I got this for my mother who has had a stroke. Her left hand is constantly clenched shut. When having this on for any length of time, it creates discomfort for her. I think it’s too big. I am able to use it though to help hold her hand open when I do her nails. She loves to have her fingernails painted so it works great for that. It’s just not something I would leave on her hand, long-term.

It is very light and easy to put on. It is comfortable enough to wear for hours.

This product was a comfortable fit for my hand, and helped keep my fingers in a good position. The Velcro kept it in place and the hard plastic part is easy to clean.
