Package was very secure, No artificial ingredients, no distinct aftertaste or smell, seem easy to digest. Will follow up later about sleep quality, energy, and effectiveness. So far no side effects!

Worth the try.
The media could not be loaded. The capsules were not too big and were easy to swallow. They do not have a smell. No taste before or after taking. Gave 4 stars because I didn’t notice any improvement in hot flashes or mood. Maybe it works, just not for me.

Product change
I’ve been giving this to my daughter for a year and it helped regulate her but my last order came and the pills are a different color and are nonreturnable. They’ve been white for a year and now are a pinky-beige. Very strange.
