My husband and I are Dashers and this bag is great, not just for keeping drinks cold, but it also help keep drinks upright to prevent spills. If I see that an order I'm picking up is going to have multiple drinks, I'll go ahead and bring the bag into the restaurant with me when. I pick up. It makes carrying orders easier, and a few restaurant managers have noticed and commented how much they appreciate the extra care for the customer.

Absolutely the best solution for carrying drink. No more worry or concerns about drinks spilling or falling over. You can even carry this bag using the attacked shoulder strap. Their are dividers inside of the bag that keeps the drinks in place without tilting over. The dividers are also removable. Highly recommend for delivery drivers. Will buy again in a heartbeat. 😊👌👍

I really like this insulated bag. The best part is the versatility. Its ability to take out the cup holder part when needed is bomb!! I do food delivery so no telling what I'm delivering so I truly enjoy the velcro cup inserts.You're able to put take-out drink carriers in there and I've delivered drinks, smoothies, frosty's, ice creams all in this carrier on a hot days in the car for up to 15 minutes, one was 30 minutes(of course I have the air on but that's ruining my point) and its been great, no complaints! Everything stay cold and complete. With the inserts, you have velcro along the side of the drink insert to adjust the drink in the carrier, or take it out when ready without spilling from pulling outPulling orders out thats cold its my favorite part. The items feel like they've been in the freezer, which makes a happy customer for me, and MY customers!!I didn't mention anything about hot food because its the complete same for hot food. Everything stays hot!! Very thick, puffy, bag.The only part I wish, is that it was strap at the corners, going towards the other strap; just to keep it sturdy. Its more like a lunch bag with the straps now, but I still love it!

Working as a food delivery driver, this thing is amazing for obviously morning coffee runs, but also a way of holding sodas for big fast food orders. It is certainly miles better than the flimsy cardboard holders that restaurants supply. Plus, it’s easy to seatbelt in and makes it much safer when doing turns.However, the one major fault with this is that the dividers are not very sturdy. They are held in place with velcro and, likely as a result of shipping, are fairly wadded up and do want to conform to the correct shape. This makes it difficult to fit the cup into the slot and not worry about the skewed divider knocking the lid off.Also, because of the overall thickness of the dividers, it makes it hard to fold up the the whole thing when not in use. Having a ton of various bags and accessories already, I really need things like this to be versatile and portable to make room in my car. Because I can’t fold it up like I want, it sits in my trunk with my pizza bags and I usually either forget it’s there or don’t feel like the hassle of messing with it, so I just use the cardboard ones. The only time I really get any significant use are with the really big coffee orders, but those aren’t as common.tl;dr - if it were easier to fold up and “put away” when not being used, and the dividers were sturdier, it would be perfect. But as it stands, it is way too inconvenient to use regularly.

I work in the gig economy and was looking for something that would keep drinks stable and hot/cold. This works better than I could have imagined. It is stable, snug, adjustable and easy to carry. After 3 months of using it a lid popped off a drink and some soda spilled on the bottom of the bag and created a stain. Then recently some ice cream from a shake oozed thru the straw hole and left a chocolate stain on the inside flap. It was time to wash it. This was the real test. WOW, it really passed the test. I washed it in my cloths washer. It came out of the washer just like new. Even the chocolate stain came out. This bag is well made. I love the adjustable inside compartments. I have carried Ice cream sundaes, banana splits, shakes and smoothies all in this bag at the same time because the inside is adjustable. The insulation is great. I used it a few times to deliver both hot and cold beverages on the same delivery. Hot stuff on one end and cold on the other. I keep bottles of water in my vehicle and have used them as insulation between the hot side and the cold side but since the bag already has adjustable separation it probably isn't necessary but the hot arrived hot and the cold arrived frozen. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made for my job.

For work I typically pull out 1 of the drink dividers ... pack a large 24 oz coffee, 24 oz smoothie and 24 oz ice water ... and my sandwich/soup and snacks on the other side ... travels beautifully ... for events I use both drink dividers and pack it full with everyone's preference ... works like a charm
