I wore this one day for only a few hours ...
I wore this one day for only a few hours and my neck and shoulder spasms and pain have greatly decreased in the last few days following. The brace helps to stabilize my shoulder and provides compression to the muscles, allowing them to relax and heal. I have had little success getting my shoulder to heal over several months after trying massage, chiropractic treatment, and strengthening excercises. I am feeling way more hopeful about my recovery now that I have this product.

Not worth a dime.
I’ve never felt the need to write a negative review before but in this case I feel I need to. This brace is horribly uncomfortable to wear and will not stay in place. It does relieve the pain of my partial rotator cuff tear while I’m wearing it but as soon as I take it off it aches worse than it did without it. I’ve never in my life purchased a product that I liked less. This is a complete waste of money.

It has been particularly bad in the mornings when I first wake up
I have been dealing with pain and shoulder instability due to an injury. It has been particularly bad in the mornings when I first wake up. After researching and talking to my chiropractor, I decided to try sleeping in a shoulder brace to see if it would help to eliminate some of the pain in my shoulder and elbow. I used this brace last night and am delighted with the results. I did need help getting it on and the strap that went over my breast and under my arm pit was not super comfortable but I fell asleep and was surprised at how much better my entire arm, from my shoulder to my finger tips, felt when I woke up. Definitely worth the price for pain relief without pills!
