Exceptional Quality and Service: Lutron Caséta and Diva Switches are Worth Every Penny!
Over the past few months, I’ve gradually replaced over 30 switches in my home with Lutron Caséta Claro, Diva & Aurora models. Initially, I was hesitant to spend extra on the accessory switches, especially since the Caséta and Diva work fine with traditional dumb switches in a 3-way setup. However, after comparing the quality of Lutron’s switches to standard ones, I realized the difference was undeniable.I had two 3-way switches in my living room and kitchen, both paired with traditional switches. The disparity in quality became too noticeable, so I decided to complete the transformation and replace the remaining 2 dumb switches with Lutron accessory switches, for a seamless, uniform look. The installation process was straightforward, thanks to Lutron’s detailed instructions that cover various wiring options. However, I did encounter a situation where my wiring didn’t match the diagram. Rather than guessing, I reached out to Lutron’s tech support on a Sunday evening, fully expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, I was connected to live, US-based tech support person, who spoke clear English. They quickly walked me through the correct wiring process and even followed up with an email outlining the connections we discussed. They encouraged me to reach out if I had any further questions—a level of service that’s rare these days! Now that every switch in my home is Lutron, I couldn’t be happier. They not only look and feel premium, but they also come with the peace of mind that Lutron’s exceptional customer service is just a call away. Pictured alongside the new accessory switch in the 3-gang box, are the Lutron Aurora dimmer and the standard Lutron dimmer switches, which blend perfectly into the overall aesthetic. If you’re looking for superior quality, ease of installation, and excellent service, I can’t recommend Lutron and their switches highly enough. They’re absolutely worth the investment!

A Smart Choice for Your Smart Home
Lutron is the best when it comes to making your home "smarter" when it comes to lighting. I took a chance, but because I did my homework, I was SUPER satisfied with my decision. So far, I've switched out the majority of my main lights throughout my house. Now I can customize my lighting scenes for different times of the day/night. For example, I typically wake up before the sun comes up, but I am sensitive to bright lights in the morning. As such, I created a "scene" entitled "Good Morning", which turns one key lights, yet they are dimmed to a pleasant level. They cost a little more, but for what you get, I highly recommend going with Lutron.

Reliable with nice extra features. These are the best smart switches!
We love these Lutron smart switches. They are very reliable and come right online after a power outage. We had Leviton smart switches that used WiFi and they would go offline after a power outage and often had to be reset and re-added to the network. These Lutron switches use Radio Frequency to connect with my Lutron hub and that is plugged into the network via an Ethernet connection. We have 20 Lutron smart switches connecting to the Lutron hub, and it can handle more. They also have features like auto-off after a time you set. We use this on the garage interior, pantry, and laundry room lights that were always being left on all night. You can also control if or when the LED indicator is on or off. I have the one in our bedroom turn off when the lights are off.

Easy Install and Flawless Performance with Diva Dimmer
This works as expected with no issues and flawless performance. We paired it with a Lutron Caseta Diva Dimmer in an existing 3-way wiring in our home. It is easy to install and functions great. Just be sure to use dimmable bulbs (we’ve had good luck with Philips) otherwise the dimmer and this switch can act wonky. Lutron working as always
Using in a 5 way set-up. Works great. First one I got was squeeky but got a replacement quickly.

industry standard
Lutron makes the best dimmer, hands down. This works well for existing 3 way applications, dims well and easy to work with the pico remotes. It fits like a normal dimmer/wall switch and works with the caseta system. Great product.

A nice addition
A nice companion for the Lutron Diva smart switch, it gives me the 3 way functionality I need. The one thing I wish it had was dimming options. Sadly, those options only exist on the parent unit.

Great for locations without a neutral switch.
Installation was easy to do. This is one of the few smart switches that don't require a neutral wire. We have a home built in the 60" so most of the switches don't have neutral wires in the switch boxes. Programing was simple. It's been a year and a half and the switch hasn't had to be reset yet. We previously had a GE smart switch that was constantly losing it's connection and needed to be reprogrammed each time. The only negative is having to use a hub with this switch but luckily I already had a hub for another switch location.
