Needs recessed wiring in wall, but a nice light.
It took quite a while after I bought this to actually fit it, mainly because it expects the wiring to be recessed/set into the wall, under the surface.Two years later I got round to it, and a made a mounting bracket/spacer so I could fit it, and allow the wire out past of the bottom of the lamp, without having to re-plaster and redecorate the wall.What you are really supposed to do is cut a channel in the wall and hide the wires. Too much hassle. As you can see the wire just hangs down out of the lamp. Cable conduit will be used to tidy that up.The lamp itself is really good. Nice effect, low power consumption (my smart meter says 7w) and it lights up the intended area nicely.It’s better than what it replaced, which was a table lamp precariously balanced on the back of my sofa.

Looks beautiful when it's on
Easy to install and casts a beautiful pattern when it's on. Not so much when it's off! Looks a bit cheap and plastic-y.

Excellent product and very well made
Bought this light for our conservatory. It was a nice compact size and more importantly LED. The build quality is excellent, made from metal, great instructions, very easy to fit and I thought the white cloth glove that comes with it was a nice touch, so you don't leave grubby marks when attaching it to the wall plate.

Look fantastic - light is bright enough in the dark
My husband used a few choice words when fitting as the copper wire is very very flimsy but he got there in the end.Well worth the money - I was worried as a few people said it wasn't very bright. I have it at the side of my front door and it even lights the path - very nice, really pleased. Sturdy is a hard one as you don't know, time will tell but so far so good.

Ok, lasted 5 years. Lamps are nice and give off enough light to see in the room. I bought 2 lamps and both have completely failed after about 5 years occasional use.

A lovely heavy aluminium quality light.
Really glad I bought this, I’d buy it again and again if I had need to, I don’t know how reliable the leds will be only time will tell, but the inside all looks good qualityA real bargain. The lights give of a nice beam pattern to give a nice warm feel in the room. You could do worse than buy this product. Nice and sturdy well made all metal product
