Good introduction but not good enough for exam.
This book does not cover the exam topics in enough detail. I have been administering O365 for a couple of years now and was not expecting too many suprises from this book. The content is not really detailed enough to pass the exam alone with this book. Also it is very frustrating in that if you want more detail a weblink is provided as a URL which you have to type into the browswer. These URL's tend to be very large and complex, and easy to type incorrectly. To read all the TechNet content you need to type in a link every few pages which gets very frustrating.Given that this book is a good introduction to O365 and setting a new tenancy, using DirSync / FS, just not a great reference if you want to sit the exam. Using this book I sat the exam and passed but without 2 years experience in ths field it would have been impossible to pass using this book alone.

OK but no more than an outline of topics.
This book is OK for listing most of the topics (some are missed and not covered in the content but then referred to in the practice questions) but most of the actual content is missing with links provided to the Microsoft documentation. Links are very long and cumbersome to type into a browser, may be better as ebook if the links worked.Due to the rate that Microsoft updates the O365 platform, the book is out of date. If studying for the Exam, you would be better looking on the Microsoft Certification website for the exam and following the links from there to to documentation.

Will help with exam but you will need more information
I recently took and passed the exam, this book is helpful but you will not pass the exam with just this book. It doesn't cover the topics in-depth enough and beware there are a couple of errors in it. There is plenty of free material and training videos out there. What I found useful was to run through the requirements from the Microsoft exam site in detail and with specific tools such as AAD Connect and ADFS research their current and previous versions.

Good start but you will probably need more info to pass the exam
This book does go into each required exam topic, but it only touches the surface of each subject. Therefore, it's a very short book; it's a good start to your studies but you will need to visit the suggested web links to study further if you're planning on passing the exam. The web links could be presented in a better way (for example with shorter URLs) as they're all very long and quite easy to mistype.

Passed 70-346 using this book.
I passed 70-346 exam with this book as my primary guide. Of course I also used Kaplan - selftest software. I also had to build my own Azure Lab using these series of labs:http://www.msexchange.org/articles-tutorials/office-365/exchange-online/deploying-exchange-2013-hybrid-lab-environment-windows-azure-part1.htmland spent hours and hours with powershell but the book was a major help. Excellent!

Beware of the Edition, please buy second edition not the first edition
Exam Ref 70-346 Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements is older edition, some of the topics are outdated for exam, please buy second edition not the first edition.

Good for Exam Preperation
It covers a lot of ground although I have not taken the exam as yet I do think it is of great value and one for the home library. Also easy to use on Kindle.

Good read
using it as part of my studies...seems ok but O365 changes all the time.
