Awesome blade, cut 1/4" steel plate
I never post reviews. Haven't even had this blade 24 hours, but this thing is awesome. I used this on a Dewalt 20v circular saw, the regular one, not the metal cutting saw. I wasn't sure if my little battery powered saw would cut what I was wanting to cut, and I saw no reviews using this blade on a regular 20v circular saw. I cut a 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" steel lengthwise. I didn't try to go super fast, but I was putting pretty good pressure. I was cutting at about 1" per 15 seconds, so it took a while to go the full 8'. I cut 2 feet at a time with 5 minute breaks in between. used 2 full 5ah batteries, plus needed a third battery to do the last 3 inches. I tacked a piece of angle to my plate to ensure a straight cut. The cut quality is perfect, way better than what my plasma would have done, or even a shear for that matter. Took a little while, took some planning on how and what to use to hold it in place during the cut, but I couldn't tell any difference in cut speed near the end at all. Still looks sharp and ready to cut more plates of steel. As long as you use your head, this blade will do wonders. I would bet you could even cut 1/2" plate with no problems, just using lots of batteries. I highly recommend this blade.

Oshlun SBF-065048 6-1/2-Inch 48 Tooth TCG Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch Arbor, did the job…
Oshlun SBF-065048 6-1/2-Inch 48 Tooth TCG Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch Arbor (Diamond Knockout) for Mild Steel and Ferrous Metals was bought to help trim an aluminum frame, 5/16” thick with a 1/2” pad welded on as well. It did a pretty decent job considering how odd the cutting angle was at times… I was thoroughly pleased with it, and I’d buy it again…

cut like butter
This blade exceeded my expectations I cut .3/8 aluminum plate in about 2 minutes for a 3 ft cut. Good blade

It cuts nice and clean.
For the price of this blade and my very first experience and use of this brand, it did a great job making a nice clean cut with no burs, the trick is to take your time making a slow and smooth pace, I didn't even use any cutting oils or lubricant, I'm definitely getting more of this blade when the time for a new blade arises.

Incredible performance and value
I am building a 24x60 steel tractor barn. I bought this blade for my Makita 18v saw and it made every cut in this project. 4" square 11ga. posts, tons of 14ga rectangular tubing, Galvalume sheets, everything with perfect cuts. Just saw I have lost 2 teeth, so have ordered another blade as a future replacement.

Not sure how I feel about this one
The blade lasted quite some time, as I was using it on Rebar! Haha. So it may very well deserve higher stars, I’ll let you be the judge; however, the blade did shed a shard of metal 1.7” x 1.4”. I’m grateful it didn’t hit me. But again, I was using it on rebar and idk if that’s what it’s intended use is for?!

Better than most
Ok, so I screwed up in the beginning. I had the teeth going the wrong way, I pretty much destroyed this product in the beginning, yet it still cuts pretty well so o can only imagine how well it would've cut if the teeth were facing the right direction from jump.

Worked great after 20 cuts still sharp
Did 20 cuts and still going strong and so much faster than a nibbler or tin shear

Fairly impressed
Been cutting 24 gauge flashings as well as cedar and fir for Two weeks now with no signs of deterioration in cutting performance

Not the best for thin steel but
I bought this for my circular saw as its top speed is 4500 RPM where this blade has a top speed of 4600.However it would not fit into my circular saw as it was too big. I then looked at my other circular saws and they were up in the 6000 RPM range so no good either..I then went nuts and installed it in my SKIL table saw which has a no load speed of 5000. Now the manual says that the table saw is not to be used for cutting steel.I now ignored all of the rules as going with 5000 RPM on a blade with a maximum allowed RPM of 4600 and a table saw that is not designed to be used for cutting steel.I was only cutting a 22 gauge sheet of steel that one could cut also with a pair of metal cutters or an angle iron cut off tool. However I find the table saw gives the easiest and straightest cuts so I decided to go with that. This blade in the table saw did cut the thin steel but left some rough edges and burrs. I then decided to use my all around 40 teeth blade and that worked also and even made a much smoother cut with no burrs. So for thin metal the blade "just for wood" worked cleaner. So now I wish I never bought it. However it is advertised for heavy steel like rebar and not thin metal so it may be real good for that.

Good blade for the money.
Cuts steel and aluminum pretty well. It’s a lower cost blade ,but seems decent enough.Diamond punch out is a little on the large size for cordless dewalt metal saw but it still works ok.
