Great product quality and price
The camera is a really good buy. The picture and warning system work better than I expect and so I was pleasantly surprised. The after sales service is even better, nothing is too much trouble and especially Echo who went above and beyond when I had any questions - thank you Echo!

Brilliant Customer service
I have purchased a Ctronics CT-S20-G-4G CCTV camera, and I have to say the Customer support was fantastic, Eric from customer support at Ctronics sorted my questions out straight away and came back to me with the answers straight away the camera footage is brilliant crystal clear footage but as I say Eric's help was fantastic brilliant customer service.

Picture quality .
Home security.The picture quality on play back is quite different.On hd the quality is good but picture tends to stagger movement.On sd playback the movement is better but picture quality is only average.Contacted ctronics about this and they tried to help with settings, but this didnt improve the picture.All in all a decent camera for the price.

Camera is outstanding, HD quality is good. The features are exceptional as well.

Great Support. I had full support on the chat to help me with all the advance set up options.
I am very happy with the support service I received today from a REAL PERSON on the web chat support. I was able to do all sorts of updates and get the additional services working with the help of Eric at Citronics.
