So for whatever reason I seem to have these little mosquitoes actually in my house this year. Heard something about Bill Gates dumping millions of those in California… soming call ‘noseeums” because you don’t see these mosquitoes, and they’re small enough to get through your average screen. Plus as a sidenote, these things are ankle biters, so it first do you think it’s a flea issue… But it’s actually not. But that’s another story. But these little units work fantastic! As soon as it got dark I turned them on and could hear the occasional “zap“. Also be aware when that happens you’re going to smell burning bug… Lol. I also did not realize when I purchased them that they are actually rechargeable. The only downsize is they don’t come with plugs, only the cord. But I think most of us have a bunch of those plugs laying around. Considering that not only did they work fantastic when they were plugged in and left on at night, but these would also be fantastic for camping. When they are charged they seem to last Anywhere between six and nine hours. So maybe leaving one in your tent or motorhome when you’re camping could really help out with bugs… Or leaving both of them on your picnic table as your outdoors would get rid of bugs and be something fun to watch… Lol. Either way for the money, these are fantastic. I would definitely buy them again .

So I wrote the review below, & the company offered a refund, but then we looked rosy & saw at least three mosquitos had been zapped - and it is such an attractive design, so maybe I spoke too soon, know what I mean? Consumers can be so impatient.In three days of use it zapped a single mosquito, while we found perhaps ten happily resting on our walls and ceilings. So the gadget doesn’t attract bugs but if one happens to wander into it then it’s sayonara.

This products advertises maternal care and shows it next to a sleeping child. Well, my boyfriend and I live in an apartment overrun with nats and bugs on the patio. We put this bug zapper outside and it works like a charm! It kills SO MANY bugs. Sometimes the bugs are too big or fly in quickly and it makes a very loud POP! this is loud and abrasive. At times the bugs will light up in flame. While a great show for my boyfriend and I, I would not recommend for placing next to a sleeping child. But 10/10 would recommend for outside use. Pro- cheap, lights up, and the lights do attract bugs at night.Con- cleaning is difficult, side cover doesn’t open, cord is short, doesn’t really work during the day, doesn’t have a timer.You get what you pay for with this. It supposed to zap the bugs, they supposed to fall off, and then in theory you just untwist the bottom and shake them out. In reality it doesn’t work like that.I live by a lake and also have a pool, and with recent rainy and hot weather millions of flying insects have overtaken my backyard. This little machine does appear to take care of some. However, the bugs don’t know they are supposed to fall off when they die. Every day I have thousands of them just stick to the light bulbs. Cleaning them off with the tiny brush is a pain in the behind. The brush is on its last legs after 2 weeks. I am in a search for a bug zapper that can be easily opened and the bulbs can actually be cleaned off of these suckers completely. Another pain is the very short usb charging cord. For some reason I assumed this would have a 8 hr timer that would turn on automatically every night. The current choices are to have it plugged in and on 24/7, or try to remember to turn it on every night.

Item doesn't work well.

This big zapper really worked. I see the bugs sticking to the lamp. It does include a brush to clean the unit.The battery capacity is small, I am not sure if it could last overnight. However, if you plug in the unit, it works great!
