The primary purpose for these eInk tablets are as note taking devices. At that task, the Geniatech Ultra Slim Touch is great. The note taking app offers multiple page templates to get you started. The stylus sensitivity is good, the writing surface feels very good and is very responsive. It's easy to erase mistakes and the app offers integration to cloud services (Microsoft One Drive) to upload your notes. eInk tablest are not really intended for general purpose tablet replacement, so if you're trying to replace a traditional active LCD screen tablet with any eInk tablet to run apps, browse the internet, or play games, you're barking up the wrong tree. Many (including this one) do not have apps pre-installed for those purposes and do not offer access to an online store to download them. If your aim is to replace your paper and pen/pencil for notetaking and also having an eReader for pdf files, this fits the task nicely. Stick to the intended uses and you can't go wrong.

Some people might write negative reviews because they have wrong expectations about this device or they don't know how to use it properly. This is not a tablet or a regular Android device. This is a digital notepad. It is similar to the Amazon Scribe or the Remarkable products. It is not designed to run Android apps, but it can sync to the cloud, either Geniatechs or Microsoft. It also allows you to update and change the Wi-Fi password if needed. (I don't understand why someone complained about that). The main point is, if you want a digital notepad that is affordable and effective, and you don't want to spend more money on other products, this device can do the job.

I already like this for taking notes and journaling. I haven't been able to download ebooks onto it yet and can't find much help online either, so hopefully I can get that figured out soon.

Device worked great at first. Does not sync to MS Cloud. Only syncs to a China cloud. Device started not responding to pen correctly. Did factory reset that fixed for awhile. Plugged in to charge entire screen went black and bricked itself. I contacted support for replacement and they stopped responding and ghosted me. Do not recommend save ur money and get a Remarkable

I use this for groups, meetings, and note taking. Made my life much easier.

The product has an impressive anti-glare and high-resolution screen. It's very user friendly - you can figure out how it works without ever reading the instructions. The pen is very slim and light and can be used for writing and/or drawing. The writings and the drawings can be transferred to your computer either through Wi-Fi or directly through a provided USB cable.

I had this tablet for a month and it was working the way I wanted it to for what I needed. There were just little things I needed answers for and there is not a lot of online support for it. The onboard user manual was limited as well and didn’t help answer my questions. I returned it and got a Remarkable that now is close to this price for just the tablet. It has plenty of videos online to help with any questions.
