Great for walking in the dark
I walk my dog early in the morning and in fall and winter, that means it's dark outside. These flashlight gloves are perfect to solve several problems; they provide me a bit of light on the road as I walk without the need of holding a flashlight, while also alerting drivers to us so that we are not hit. Also, with the lights located on my hands it makes picking up dog poo in the dark much easier!

Some opinions about the product.
When I got this torch and felt I had to say something. I needed a small torch so I ordered one. Listing seemed good. Received it, charged it, and turned it on. Wow - very impressive. It is super bright and the light carries. The light beam is adjustable and it will definitely light up anything and everything you are pointing it at. I think I am going to send this to my daughter for her to carry in her purse. Where she works, she has to walk out to her parked car... often at night. This will definitely light up any dark spots and more. In the uncomfortable situation whereby she is approached by a stranger, I promise you, she shines this light in his/her eyes. They are going to be blinded for a while providing her time to take action should she need to. Again, highly recommend for any purpose where you need light.

Brilliant little pocket rocket.
Tired of feeling disorientated when walking the dogs down pitch black country lanes at night or early in the morning and aware that mad axemen could be lurking in the bushes I purchased this little beauty...the INFRAY Rechargeable 800 lumens LED torch.I was swayed by all the positive reviews and it certainly lives up to it's reputation.It charges well and holds the charge for ages.It has five different beams. Very bright, bright and slightly less bright, strobe and SOS signal. There is a retractable beam so the light cast can be wide and light up with a panoramic effect or narrow.I have not measured the length of the beam but it goes far.It is lightweight but has some weight to it..so in the event of mad axemen not being phased by a strobe light that can induce nausea I am factoring in the fact I could still clunk him on the nose or in the teeth with it and it would certainly have some effect.

A lot of power from a small object
This torch is powerful beyond it's small size. It's beam can be adjusted in terms of the size of the beam emitted, like the aperture on a camera lens. There are a number of modes - two strength beam, strobe and flashing. To turn off hold the power button down for a few seconds. The torch is made of metal, and it's very robust. I'm really happy with it, considering the size, the rechargeable lithium battery and the sheer power of the light it produces. A manual would have been handy though, because something simple like turning it off, without moving through all the modes, isn't intuitive. It took me a few goes before realising I had to hold the power button down longer than expected, before it went off. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with this torch, and so far, I think it's worth the price.There is a big lithium battery inside

long lasting and bright, good buy
This thing is great! I bought it after going through many cheaper torches off eBay that only last an hour or two before needing to be recharged. The light is bright, even as bright as some of those other torches I've owned except this lasts for hours. Charging does take time but that's not a big problem. The torch has some heft to it and feels of high quality. I will definitely purchase another one when needed. I haven't tested how waterproof it really is but just by taking it apart and seeing all of the seals I'm sure it will hold up just fine.

Superb Rechargeable Torch.
A brilliant little torch with a very powerful beam. Adjustable zoom from light up the whole room to focusing on a small area at max power. It has a switch which basically cycles thru different brightness's from max brightness to lower then lowest brightness, then strobe and finally SOS. To turn off from the initial full power mode, just hold the off button for 2 seconds (as others have noted) Otherwise you have to keep pressing the power switch to get thru all the different modes. I love the fact that it is rechargeable! Lithium Ion battery installed (permanent not removable) and can charge from any 5v USB socket such as on a PC. (Lead provided) Starts off with a red light (at back by power button) and when charged, turns blue. Only tiny criticism is the orange power button needs a good strong push to operate. Otherwise, a fantastic and highly recommended torch which is well made and in a very robust metal case. Water resistant too, but not for immersion under water. Received a day earlier than expected too! Thanks Amazon.
